Called Fox Plumbing and the customer service was great. They got out to my house right away and solved the plumbing problem we had. The plumber that Fox sent over was very helpful, friendly and gave a reasonable price for the job well done. Thanks Fox you got a repeat customer with me.

Jesus was a knowledgeable and efficient plumber. We called Beacon Plumbing and he came the same day. He helped us and went above and beyond in answering our questions . He was very personable and did a great job installing our gas stove. I would highly recommend him!!

Frank showed up on time to do our yearly maintenance sewer line run to remove roots. He was friendly, responsive to my needs and concerns, capable and efficient. Also, he didn’t leave a mess.

Their technicians were kind, courteous and honest with us.

Had my water heater system need a purge and removal of air bubbles form the system. They came out within 3 days and fixed it very quickly.

The technician Norm was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didnt need.

I'm so glad I found Sharif. Now I have a plumber I can trust. Things that set Sharif and Watertite Plumbing apart:
1. When you call, you're actually talking directly to a plumber (Sharif). No intermediate person who just does scheduling and can't answer any of your questions.
2. Sharif will generally give you an estimate over the phone based on a description and pictures. None of this paying someone $100 just to come out and look at it nonsense. He'll also be honest about what factors that can't be evaluated this way might cause the estimate to change, but generally will stick with his original estimate and that's what you'll pay for the whole job.
3. He will keep in direct contact with you and update you if something's changed his schedule and he won't be able to make it when he estimated he would (no 4-hour windows sitting around at home wondering if someone will ever show up).
4. He'll tell you honestly about the price of different options and the pros and cons.
5. He'll use appropriate urgency to address a problem.

My interactions:
I first contacted Sharif about installing a smart water shutoff. Based on pictures, he gave me an estimate and said what problem might arise that would require additional work. This was totally different than the handful of other plumbers I called, where I spoke to a scheduling person who wanted to schedule a $100 for someone to come by for an estimate. I ended up installing the shutoff myself, but based on my interactions, I knew who I would go to the next time I had a plumbing problem. So when the waterline to my house started leaking, I called up Sharif on a Friday afternoon. He was able to come by that evening and worked in the dark to dig up and identify the leak. We talked through options and what they would cost. Because I had old rusted out galvanized, the whole thing had to be replaced. Throughout the process Sharif was communicative about the work needed and when he'd be doing it, didn't charge more than his original estimate (even when it turned out he needed to also move my interior shutoff), and gave some advice on unrelated plumbing things (like how I could make my sewage extractor less stinky).

Next time I have a plumbing issue, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

Ben came to my triplex which had multiple problems - gas, water temp, drainage. Within 2 days he re- fitted water pipes, re-placed a water tub for washing machine, cleaned the sewage line, took a video of sewage line, change a valve on gas line in basement appt. All done to perfection. All debris removed. I highly recommend this plumbing operation and , of course, Ben. Sorry no before and after photos. A new basement. Thank you Ben!

Very professional company. I received a courtesy call from the dispatcher letting me know that he was running late and wanted to make sure it still worked for me. I really appreciated that. When Monty showed up he was very apologetic for the timing and quickly got to work. He was friendly and extremely professional. I’ll definitely use Craftsman Plumbing again.

We used Leak Masters to find a leak in our basement slab. They showed up on time and promptly found our leak saving us time and money by not having to dig up our entire slab to find it. Kevin was clean, courteous, and even friendly to our dog.

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

My Mom, who is in her late 70s, had a leak under her sink. They came out and replaced her garbage disposal, then the drain wasn’t working. It worked before the installation. The plumber knew it was now not working and she was told not to use the disposal, and to get Green Gobbler to Dr log her drain. He also forgot to leave her the warranty/paperwork for the new disposal. He did attempt to see why it wasn’t draining but couldn’t figure it out. Her & I got the Green Gobbler which luckily I did for her because she has Asthma so bad that the fumes from this were so potent we had vacate the house for some time and she had an Asthma attack. Needless to say this did not work. They say there will be another charge to have someone out to fix the drain. So my Mom currently does not have a kitchen sink after paying $1300. $870 for the disposal and $380 for the sink strainer, lol. The leak was fixed so that was great but the customer service experience was very poor.

A-List plumbing is great and I recommend them for any Plumbing issues you have. Great friendly service, communicative, reasonable rates. Jason was 👍 👍. They were able to accommodate us the next day. Would definitely use A-List plumbing again in future if needed. Oh not to mention, Johnny the rep, was very helpful and responsive to all the text, call and all the questions I had.

My water heater died on a Sunday. They came out within 3 hours and installed a new one the next day, fixing a couple issues along the way.The installer even pointed out a couple issues I may want to watch elsewhere in the house. Great job!!

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Out to my house quickly. Very knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. Will definitely use in the future.
