We unexpectedly were having trouble with the water supply to our washing machine. The water was just gushing from the hoses despite being turned off at the faucet. We needed this to be fixed right and quickly. Fox came to the rescue. Within two hours of my call, James was at our home, fixing the problem. He brought our laundry plumbing system up to code and explained all the work he did. He was kind, courteous and efficient. Thanks to Fox for being there when we needed you the most. The only reason Fox didn't earn 5 stars was the bill was not itemized, so it was not clear how much the labor versus the parts were. Also, I found the bill to be substantial, so an itemized receipt would have helped me understand exactly what I was paying for.

Mike was very knowledgeable & left me with great future maintenance advice. He worked fast & efficiently.

Tyler was friendly, quick, and respectful of our space. He put shoe covers on, a mat to cover the floor while he worked, and noticed I had a mask and offered to wear one in the house no problem. I very much appreciated that gesture alone as well as his honesty regarding the work that needed to be done. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me on the service and told me what he thought I should do so I don’t overspend on unnecessary work. Would have Tyler back here for future needs anytime.

NEVER CALL BEACON. Beacon Plumbing caused a leak which created thousands of dollars of water damage. Instead of owning up right away and taking care of the issue they waited several hours and until their own service tech to call a Clean Up company to dry things out and remove damaged materials. From there things got worse.. they failed to show up to fix the damage several times so after more than two months had gone by I sent them a quote for the amount it would take me to fix the carpet, base, trim, paint, tile/grout and clean up (water damage spread into hallway, guest bedroom and guest bath). They were non-responsive so I had no other choice but to perform the work myself and hire some things out. AGAIN, after I fixed things myself they then refused to pay saying they wanted itemized receipts which they had not previously requested nor are they owed. The amount to fix the issue was a few hundred dollars more than the amount I paid them to fix a PRV which took them a total of 3hours. My fix took several weeks. Unbelievable how they act when they have to pay for something. Bottom line is that the owner does not care about treating his customers right, he only cares about his money.. I would use ANY other plumbing company before calling Beacon.

Emerald city sewer was great! They identified the issue, did not try to oversell me, were super friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. I feel well taken care of as a client...I put their number on my fridge for the future!

Responded quickly to an emergency call, were swift and effective in resolving the issue, and took the time to clean up after they wrapped up. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The Tag-Team Match of Paul, Giovanni & Brett with each of their specific skills wrestled with our clogged sewer over the Memorial Day weekend and got it fixed fast. All three were here on time arranged by the jovial Dispatcher, Roger. These guys were courteous and took care to preserve our lawn and flowers in the garden where the cleanout was located. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter again especially this Tag Team.

It was amazingly fast. The plumber came at the same day I texted to him. All the work was done very neatly and efficiently.

Working in property management I deal with a lot of vendors and this company is by far the easiest to work with and most competent. Two plumbers in particular, Wyatt and Talon are extremely good at what they do and always give the best advice and perform superior work, I always enjoy seeing them come because I know the work will be done right. I typically don't leave reviews but I wanted to explain how great Nick and his crew were. I had received a quote from another company and felt very uneasy about the investment and how they interacted with us. I came across Repipe Masters and decided to get a quote. Nick was very prompt and responsive for our appointment. He went through the house and got back to me quick with a very affordable price. He and I went back and forth for a couple of weeks while I asked as many questions that I could regarding the work to be done. He was always informative and I was really taken back that he did not sub out the work.

We decided to go with them and he was able to schedule us within 2 weeks. He and his crew arrived at the schedule time and completed the work in about 8 hours. They laid down barriers to keep the dust down and not to walk on our floors. They worked quickly to make sure that everything was completed and put back together. We did pay for them to patch the walls, which came out perfect.

I 100% recommend Nick and his team. You will not go wrong with these guys!

Very bad experience. I called their number and setup an appointment for Sunday 2PM. I texted the address as I was asked so he knows where the property is. I also asked my agent to show up there. Unfortunately the person never showed up. I called him, texted him many times, but he did not get back to me. I was forced to rush on finding someone else as I had a pending inspection offer and needed it. Do not recommend them in case you want someone serious and you have tight timeline.

Zoltan really helped me out with replacing and simplifying a mess of old water lines, a badly leaking shower, and terrible hot water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom.
