Very professional. Beth was quick with setting up an appointment and Alek, the technician, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly on our furnace.

We had an emergency plumbing issue where the sewer line had obstruction that we didn’t know about. In the middle of a foot of snow falling during rush hour, no toilets plus sewer water seeping in the tub in both bathrooms we called a few places. Beacon got back to us right away and phoned when they were on the way. Kyle came out along with Rick and got right to work. This wasn’t an easy fix as it turns out the blockage was in the line under the kitchen. Kyle went the extra mile after the standard snake it out didn’t work. Had to go in through the sewer line in the utility room after trying the bathroom and removing a toilet. Kyle solved the problem. He even asked about going in an out of the front door as a husky and a few cats live here too.He made sure to clean the area he was working.The amount surprised me a little but then I thought about it and this was an emergency call with a lot of snow and bad roads. Not complaining. I was very impressed with Kyle and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Folks, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and Will from Pioneer Plumbing showed up early for our appointment to fix my kitchen sink. He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. This is the third time I’ve used Roto-Rooter as I’ve been pleased with their previous work and this time was no exception. Our plumber Joe arrived on time and quickly explained his approach after listening to our issue. He then set about diagnosing the issue. Prior to fixing he explained to us the problem and gave us options to chose from. Once we confirmed our choice for fixing the problem he quickly set about performing the work and once done cleaned up the area before walking us through what he did. Overall a great service experience. Highly suggest using them.

I have a leak in my water line and called the plumber. He told me I could call Clearwater or another company. He said he felt Simon was the best in his field. So of course I had to call him. I called on Tuesday and got lucky because Simon was able to come out on Thursday. He came and went right to work. He was very nice and professional. I cannot say enough great things about him and his work skills. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a leak detection on a water line.

I had John inspect and mark my sewage lines. He was on time, worked quickly, left the house clean (despite having to remove a toilet), and sent his report within a few hours. Highly recommended.

I called Sewer Friendly on the weekend and they scheduled us for hydrojetting for Tuesday morning. Robel showed up right on time, was a great communicator about what he was going to do and informed me at every step of the process. He was always courteous and professional, kept his mask on and social distanced. When he finished, he reviewed everything with me and cleaned up after himself.
We had a decent amount of roots growing in our side sewer (which we knew from previous scopes, so no surprise) so chances are we'll be using them again to put a liner in. I highly recommend them!

He did the inspection in about 15 min. and talked with us afterward about what he saw. He did not try to sell us on any repairs. He was very succinct in his explanation. He emailed us a video of the inspection the following morning. I would highly recommend Anthony’s services. Oh also his price point was the best I found after researching about 10 other options.

I am a home owner and a landlord, so I have had experience with plumbers and dealing with sewers. Wasn't quiet sure at first about the man of few words. Then he quoted my job, made a couple of jokes and did the best most efficient job ever! He was timely, had hard workers and was the best price outta my 3 bids. Super pleased. We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Chuck and Brian from Green Lake Sewer are the BEST. They're straight shooters who knows what they're doing and won't BS you. They've cleared our sensitive sewer line several times now and after our most recent experience calling another company, I will never, EVER call anyone else. We called Greenlake Sewer first but they couldn't get out to us in West Seattle until the following day. We were impatient, as people are when they don't have a working bathroom, and decided to reach out to another company, who turned out to be total hustlers. This company spent 5 minutes snaking the line only to tell us that they couldn't clear the clog and we'd need a $10k repair. We declined. Thankfully Chuck and Brian were able to get out to us the next day where it took them about 15 minutes to clear that sewer clog with only a snake and some elbow grease. On the way out, they gave us some great advice about treating our drains with BioClean, which will hopefully help us avoid this problem in the future. Thank you Chuck and Brian -- we are eternally grateful to you and will sing your praises from the rooftop!

We called Evan this morning for a water heater emergency, based on other's suggestions and reviews. From the get-go he was super responsive and professional. He showed up to our house in Kirkland on time, and the job was done to high quality and in the minimal amount of time. He is also very personable and a pleasure to talk to. I feel we finally found our go-to plumber in the area!

The job got done and that's the most important part I guess.. I called Monday to schedule for Tuesday. They canceled on me because there was never a technician scheduled that day who could work on a gas line. Rescheduled the following day in the morning between 11 and 1. The guy finally showed up at 8pm and left at about 1030pm. Not too terribly long but I get up at 5am everyday for work so I wasn't really thrilled about how late in the day they showed up, but stuff happen so I'm not super upset about that part. I was however charged a fee for opening the wall which was not discussed with me before hand. I understand they have to make everything to code but this shouldn't have happened without my approval. I likely won't choose this company again.

Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.

Rick came up with a novel solution to my friend's ponding problem. He suggested a concrete cutter could do it for under $400.00 and he would waive his overhead. Regardless, he called the cutter to make sure of the cut. Ingenious solution to an otherwise expensive problem. I'm writing to thank him as the alternative involved me doing a lot of digging!
