Our sump failed on a Saturday and we had major flooding in the basement. Thankfully the emergency phone call to Fox had a quick response. Jerrod, the service technician, arrived and cleaned out the pit and installed a new pump in the pouring rain. Thank you!

I had a sewer clog. Wayne came out and unclogged it and then identified the root of the problem being in the city sewer pipe. He worked with the city to fix it. He was super helpful, responsive and can't say enough good things about him. As good as it gets.

Being over charged, bringung it to Jim Dandy attention still took over 4 months to get our REFUND.

About 4 days ago I noticed a lot of house flies, for the life of me I couldent figure our where they were coming from. I bleached everything and threw away anything suspect. Finally i fount my kitchen sink was leakng to the downstairs and thought the wet smell was attracting them. I hate thd Idea of paying someone what I think I can do. So I cut open my walls and wallah...a leak. I shut off my water and asked for referals just to see how much it would be. My mother refered me to Bob Oates. Next day Jeovany showed up and found the exact point of the leak in 2 min. He was friendly but most importantly worked fast as the cost was per hour. He did not drag it out. He completed the fix within 1 hour and the cost to me for parts and everything was 330. He and im so guessing the company must have integrity if his main mission was to get the job done and not milk it. I have bills and kids to feed if they would of been too expensive I would of done the work myself although it would of took me 2 days and maybe time off work. He had the tools and good work ethic. I envisioned someone coming in and over charging and me feeling ripped off never using them again. This was not that this was a fair deal. So I will be calling them again and refering them to others.

Repaired broken water line outside house

I've been trying to hunt down a leak on my property for the past 2 weeks. I've had a plumber and folks from a water restoration company with a thermal imaging device come take a look. Nobody could find any signs of leaks. But, the water meter said differently. I then called a few leak detection companies and they immediately started talking about finding leaks with fancy techniques requiring nitrogen. One of them was convinced I had a slab leak. Most of these companies employ receptionists so you don't actually get to talk to an experienced technician.

I gave Clearwater Leak Detection a call and was able to immediately talk to the owner Simon. He asked what was going on and after listening to my issue, provided his rates and a working theory on what might be going on.

What truly stood out is how professional Simon was. I can tell he loves his craft and was willing to be transparent upfront. Other companies require their technicians to come out in person before they share anything.

I definitely look forward to working with Simon in the future if I ever need his services again.

I had a leak outside and was pretty sure it was in the sprinkler system, but being the 2nd owner of the house I didn’t know where the main shutoff was. Over time it had gotten covered by dirt and then of course because I couldn’t see it I had also covered it with gravel in one spot and bark in another. Andy was able to locate it the leak and main shut off quickly. Then he was able to find the additional valve locations. He was professional, courtesy and caring. O'Neill did an excellent job of replacing our failed 48 year old waterline. Prior to selecting their bid to do the work, they installed a temporary water connection, at no cost to us, so we could resume normal living until our new water line was installed. Sharif repaired my burst hose bib which had frozen over the winter. The connection was in a difficult to access area, and a previous plumber had quoted me $2000 for the job. Sharif finished the job over two short visits and charged me $470. I was extremely pleased with his service for a few different reasons:

- I called him four times over the course of the repair job, and he picked up right away each time.
- He was very transparent and forthcoming about the details of the job. The knowledge he gave me about hose bib maintenance and operation was at least as valuable to me as the actual repair he made.
- He gave a solid quote within the first phone call, and the final charge matched that initial amount.

I will be going to Sharif for all my future plumbing issues for as long as I live in the Seattle area.

One very minor nitpick: he and his associate did track a little bit of drywall/masonry dust on my floor. Ideally, they would have cleaned that up before they left. But again - a very minor issue that doesn’t even preclude my rating them five stars.

We hired HD to help with some clogging/backflow issues with our sewer/drain line The front office was very helpful, informative, and friendly with Q&A and getting us scheduled at a convenient time Jerry (lead) and Nick (apprentice) showed up a few minutes early (!!) for a start of day appointment and were very considerate and patient with our questions throughout the process. They were also very transparent on what we could do on our own if we wanted to save some money for ongoing maintenance (or they also offered related services if we were interested). All in all, they were able to get our issue fixed, educate us on next steps for maintenance and come in UNDER estimate, not charging us for unique equipment they didn't end up using (even after they had it special delivered to our house).

All in all, the team was great an be will be getting plenty by of our (and our friends'/neighbor's) business in the future!

It was great working with Paul to resolve replacing my old sewer pipes. BUDGET SEWERS TEAM WAS Efficient and reasonably priced

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
