James arrived promptly @ set time. Work was accomplished efficiently and with care for my home and belongings. He was courteous and professional. The job of replacing a hot water heater these days is time consuming. He performed his tasks keeping watch for my new floors and educated me along the way.I would definitely recommend Fox for my future plumbing needs. Actually I called them because my toilet was not working. My toilet was old and I asked if they could put in a new toilet. They said “yes” and went to the store to get one. When they finished the took the old one away and there was no mess.

One of the guys was in training. They were both very nice.

Our water heater had an error code, and Repipe Masters came out the next day to fix it and show us how to perform the maintenance to prevent it.

These guys aren’t cheap. But I am impressed at how fast they were able to get here, and the speed and quality of their work. I am particularly glad that I brought them in for this job (replacing a toilet and properly hooking up a dishwasher) because Rick checked up on our electrical system while he was working. As it turns out, the plumbers that had replaced our metal pipes with plastic a couple of years back had neglected to re-ground our ancient electrical system properly, or alert us to the danger. Our house could have burned down, and our insurance could have declined to cover it due to the improperly-grounded electrical system. Thanks Rick!

Mine is an usual review, perhaps, because no one from Clearwater Leak Detection ever actually came to my home. I called and spoke to the owner of the company, and told him that there was definitely a leak somewhere in my lawn/garden irrigation system that was costing me a good deal of money on my Seattle City water bill. He described the method that the company would use to detect my leak, but suggested that I determine first whether the leak existed in the main valve box. He kindly walked me through the whole process . . . and, lo and behold, the leak was exactly where he predicted it would be. I told him, You're my hero! Your excellent advice came at your own expense. But I would like to recommend your company just because you were so kind as to spend the considerable time on the phone to help me find the leak myself! So, bravo to Clearwater Leak Detection's owner for his generosity, kindness, and total honesty! If I actually have a future need for the detection of hidden leaks, you can bet that this company will be getting my business! And I will remind the owner of why I am coming to him!! Amazing! They were done in exactly the time frame they estimated, 5 days. They're efficient and on time. The job site was left in better shape than when they started. They even took the time to put our berry posts back in place. We will recommend them to everyone who asks.

We had a few quotes from various plumbing companies to have a water main repaired/replaced. Our house was built in the 60s and they planted big trees over the utilities, we've had our water repaired twice and on the third time we decided it was time to think about moving the line. Akers came out and gave us options but showed us how much of a liability it would be to repair at it's current leak spot, so we bit the bullet and had it moved. They were responsive and were only delayed because of a previous project and issues with the city. They showed up only a few days late and did the work with amazing quality and we're super nice about explaining what they were doing and why (but not if you dont care, which I did). The team did a great job and I have already referred them to someone else who needs work done.

Bobby and Frank were able to diagnose a complicated sewer issue and provide a reasonable cost effective solution. I appreciated their professionalism, experience and knowledge. I highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

These guys are all business and know their drains! After a bad experience with Bob Oates overcharging and not getting the job done, I call Fritzs and they came out promptly and got the drain cleared within 20 minutes for a $100 less than BO. Super nice guys and I would highly recommend to everyone!

Richard and Santino were wonderful! They were professional, kind and clear when explaining their process. They quickly created a quote for the job and finished the fix in less than 30 min.

We had a smelly shower drain issue, so we scheduled an appointment online to have them check out what the cause of the smell.
They came out on time, ran camera thru drain and sewer line to see any problems. They found no problem and it was just dried out sewer, so we didn't need to repair anything.
They did all these for free!!!!!

Budget sewer did an excellent job for us. They have all the necessary equipment, experience and ability to take on the work. They work quickly and efficiently, almost making it look too easy. The City inspection was passed with no problems. The damage to the driveway, the deck and the shrubbery was minimal, saving me thousands in repairs. A competitor head wanted to tear up everything but Budget Sewer did minimal damage at a lower cost!

I had used Joe years ago and needed his services for another job. I had an exterior faucet that was intermittently working and he was able to come out a day after I e-mailed him. Not only did he fix it pretty quickly (~30 mins) it was a very fair price. Very pleased with Joe!

Quoted almost $20K for a project, I got a $2K bid from another company. I suspect they gave a fake bid just to collect trip charge. Definitely don't recommend.
