Simon arrived on time and persisted until he sourced my leak. This was determined to be in a very difficult position and deep in the ground. He not only helped source a repair team, but involved the local Enumclaw Water Utility team. The repair was completed exactly where Simon said the leak existed.

John is incredible! He took over Joey's business and has made it a thousand times better. Always on time, totally professional, and his sewer inspections are easy to read. He's very responsive if you have any questions on it as well. He is familiar with all the good sewer companies and has great recommendations. Visited. Stayed 10 minutes. Charged $150 and claimed they would call when they get the part they would need to fix a leaky faucet (they don't seem to carry parts to fix leaky faucets). Never heard back from them.

Can’t say enough about how good this company is. Best plumbers I’ve ever dealt with. Came out within the hour of the emergency. Clear breakdown of costs and options/scope. Every employee I dealt with was great and knowledgeable. Ended up replacing all my old precast pipe and was amazed how quickly the process went.

It was refreshing to deal with honest and knowledgeable people, since plumbing is usually always an emergency situation and other companies in seattle I’ve called have been horrible.

Work done as scheduled. Adam and Garrett worked hard, answered all of our questions during the process and were persistent in resolving issues that came up. They also did a great job of restoring our yard from the work done and cleaning up all the areas that needed it. Very professional.

Basement was flooded. Colin came over within half an hour of our call and sent a camera down the sewer line where he found it was not the cause. He came in, looked at the basement drainage and made several smart suggestions as to what I should do. His work was free! I can't speak highly enough of this business.

I was very satisfied with the work performed by Emerald City Sewer Inspection. Their service and advice will likely save me a lot of money.
Over a year ago, I employed another service to unplug my drains and I took up their offer for a discounted inspection of my sewer line. They told me I would have to replace the entire line, which would require digging multiple holes and tearing up a section of my driveway. Emerald City however noted that the line is fine except for one joint. That could be handled without replacing the entire line and a hole to work on it could be dug without disturbing the driveway. This should save me thousands of dollars and much aggravation!

Paul and the entire Budget team are solid, careful, effective, insightful professionals. They designed a solution to my 100 year old side sewer after a complete blockage. Bursting the pipe around 2 90 degree turns with a total run of almost 125', their work preserved my deck frame and saved thousands vs. retrenching. Their bid was quick and fair. I manage field specialists and after watching their entire process end-to-end, there just aren't any suggestions for improvement. I will not ever shop for another sewer & drain company again. Top shelf company.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

I contacted Kevin at Leak Masters after weeks of trying to determine why our community water association was experiencing significant water pressure loss. We suspected a large leak was the cause but had not been successful at locating it. After one household lost water I contacted Kevin and he came out on an emergency call. He looked over our well house and utilized a listening device on the pipes around the well house. He walked the water line with us and used his device at every location where we had exposed water lines. He checked the water pressure at every house. He identified one vacant home as a possible cause due to what he heard utilizing his device. He suggested we contact the owner to get into the home to check for leaks. He also pointed out that the drain field for that home was quite green and since the home had been vacant for some time and it had been a dry summer, this seemed unusual. When I finally located the property management company and was able to get into and under the house we found the leak immediately. It was very large and was bubbling like a fountain. Our community association members stepped up and we were able to cut and cap the water line. Once that was done the water pressure returned to normal. I'm thankful that Kevin was able to help us pinpoint the cause of our problems.

I am very pleased with the work done by Northwest Sewer Repair. Hands down, Ed is the BEST in town. His response time was nearly immediate -- he came by a few hours after I called for an estimate *AND* his bid came in nearly 50% lower than the other 2 companies that had me provided estimates. The work was done on time as promised and the landscaping looked completely undisturbed. No surprises other than finding a company that isn't out to fleece you. Truly impressed. Thanks again, Ed!
