Mike V and Luis really “saved the day” for me. I have a small home I live in in the summer months and had a pipe freeze in Dec/ Jan during the cold freeze we had. I called Beacon and Mike V called me back and scheduled a repair date for the next business day. He and Luis arrived right on time, and Mike V explained everting they would be doing, and they started the repairs. Unfortunately, they discovered every pipe in my water system had burst! Mike V went over all the repairs that were needed and really took the time to make sure I understood and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Mike V and Luis were both very professional, kind and caring, did a very good job in a timely manner and really put my mind at ease. Thank you Mike V and Luis for doing such an outstanding job! Will was a great plumber. Got our issue fixed and gave us the recommendations that we would need to keep things working. The only thing that really stinks was the cost. We needed a plumber and could have got one for 1/2 the cost but would have had to wait for a week to get them out. So oh well bite the bullet. Cost is not will's fault though he is doing his job the company needs to redo their cost bracket again.

I am so thankful that I found Ridgid Plumbing and Drain Services! I received a call from my tenants that a new toilet I had installed by another company in October last year was leaking at the base. I tried calling a few different places, but did not find anyone available or the pricing was not clear upfront. I then called Ridgid Plumbing and they gave excellent knowledge, advice, and also the pricing was clear and fair. They also sent someone out immediately. Needed a sewer inspection as water was seeping into our neighbors yard. They arrived within a couple of hours, everyone one else I called was at least 4 days out, and the technician couldn’t have been a nicer guy.

Update, took several months to complete the job, then got yet another invoice for more than double what the original bid was. Then, less than a week after receiving the final invoice, $11,000, an EXTREMELY aggressive and rude collection agent started calling. We’ve never had a call from a collection agent. It’s very demeaning and stressful. Total scammers and robbers. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.
I’m leaving the one star for Karol who doesn’t work for the company anymore.

TJ arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to show me the video of our sewer pipe and explain what was happening. He wore his mask the full time and was tidy and professional.

John is incredible! He took over Joey's business and has made it a thousand times better. Always on time, totally professional, and his sewer inspections are easy to read. He's very responsive if you have any questions on it as well. He is familiar with all the good sewer companies and has great recommendations. He has totally turned the business around for the better!

Called Bobby on a Saturday. He agreed to squeeze me in between two other calls. I had a few issues including a clogged floor drain, leaking washing machine and a slow draining shower drain. He came in, busted butt for 45 minutes straight, taught me a thing or two about my own house, fixed ALL of my issues and charged me $20 less than he quoted over the phone. Super awesome guy, right? It gets better...

My wife gets home later that day and sees the Bobby T's shopping bag he left behind and said, 'Oh you met Bobby T, huh? I wondered how my wife knew who Bobby T was. Then she reminded me that the winter before, she had got her van stuck on a snowy night while I was out of town. Bobby T happened to be driving by. He stopped, again busted his butt, got my wife unstuck and absolutely refused to take a payment.

We had issues with a slow drain and one day kitchen sink usage started backing up in bath. We hired Drain Pro after reading reviews on Google and Yelp - and had an excellent experience. They were punctual. Raman did a quick diagnosis and told us our options. The estimate we received was great too with no unnecessary 'urgent' replacements suggested to solve the issue at hand. I think we've found an excellent plumber for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

We called O’Neill’s at Midnight and they had a team here the next day to fix our very clogged kitchen sink. A big thanks to Reyde, Farmer and Bobby for jumping in on short notice and clearing our stubborn fat berg. Our sink is finally draining normally again!

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
