I highly recommend Jim Dandy. I've used them multiple times over the last decade for various of plumbing repairs and disasters, and they have always sent out kind, competent, professional plumbers. This week I have a sudden flooding bathtub drain, and they were able to send a plumber the next day, he was able to fix the problem, and he was able to recognize another problem (a cracked pipe in the basement) that was unfortunately more significant, but that I hadn't yet noticed. All around professional and reliable.

This is our second time working with Bob Oates and we’ve been very impressed. Earlier this year they replaced our side sewer, which was a huge job. Their bid for the job was right in the middle of the ones we received, but we were so impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and how well they explained everything. They did the job very thoroughly, and weren’t willing to settle for anything less than perfect. Absolutely great communication throughout and everyone was very kind.

Yesterday our sump pump broke and our basement flooded, so we called them again. They were able to get out to our house first thing in the morning. They finished the job quickly, explained everything thoroughly, and the labor charge was really reasonable. They even went the extra mile in helping us by emptying all the heavy buckets of water we’d pumped out earlier, without even being asked. Super happy with this company and would recommend to others.

John is the best! He is very professional, patient, responsible and knowledgeable! His expertise and knowledge helped me discover a significant sewer issue (that will cost $30k to fix) in my house buying process. I would recommend John to anyone who is buying a house. First-class service from start to finish. I knew I had some pretty severe sewer problems and had some anxiety going into the process of figuring out how to get them fixed. Called Sewer Friendly based on a recommendation from a neighbor and was able to set up an estimate right away. Rick was prompt and friendly and provided a detailed and honest assessment of the work that would need to be done—he helped me understand what was wrong and what my options were on the spot. I decided to have the line hydro-jetted by Cameron and Greg who provided further information about next steps and soon after I had a competitive estimate. I decided to go with Sewer Friendly based on these positive interactions and very glad I did. The extensive work that then needed to be done was completed by crew manager Robert and the crew of Massa and Triston, and I’m guessing that these guys are the best in the business. It turns out there was severe blockage throughout the line and the work had to be done in tight spaces near a close neighbor and busy city streets, but Robert’s clear and frequent communication at every step of the process reassured me that professionals who had my best interests in mind were on the job. It took a few days and Robert and the crew were friendly and hard-working throughout; plus, the work was actually finished sooner than I thought it would be. These are the folks to call for professionalism, honesty, integrity, and high-quality work. Highly recommended.

Basement was flooded. Colin came over within half an hour of our call and sent a camera down the sewer line where he found it was not the cause. He came in, looked at the basement drainage and made several smart suggestions as to what I should do. His work was free! I can't speak highly enough of this business.

Agent was on time friendly, confident, ready to get into the crawl space found the issue right away(water pipe hairline crack)Upon completing his task at hand, we discussed his finding, answered ALL my questions. The hair line crack was creating a pool of water across the slope of the crawl space. Pipe fixed, water gone 2 weeks later crawl space still dry. Yes I recommend this company. And by the way he did ALL the clean up prior to being paid.

I had hired Leak Masters LLC to locate a leak at my home on my underground piping and they did it very it very well. The spot they gave me was exactly where the leak was at. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a leak on anything. they used infrared cameras, ground sensing equipment. And specialized computers to pin point a spot for us.. very HAPPY
