I called Fox for a few reasons, none of which were a big deal but all of which were a bit mysterious. Josh did his best to figure out what was going on. I felt he was honest with me about what he was and wasn't seeing and what the best approach would be. He also discovered something I wasn't expecting, and a big fix was recommended. I appreciated his detailed explanation around both what was needed and whether or not it's something that could wait.

Although there were a dew problems scheduling the service call, Ryan proved to be very helpful in getting our two small problems resolved

No one likes tepid showers. Our tankless hot water heater was on the fritz so I called Beacon Plumbing to come assess the problem. I was informed by the scheduler that there would be a $75 travel fee and the plumber would be available that same afternoon. Do I love a travel fee? No. Do I appreciate quick service? Yes. Booked the plumber.Josh, the assigned plumber, called me in advance of showing up. He finished his prior service call early and would be able to show up earlier than promised. Excellent communication. Upon assessing the problem, Josh and his apprentice Sean were able to determine that the unit had been installed incorrectly. He had all the parts on hand to fix the incorrect installation and get our showers back up and running. Josh provided a detailed quote and completed the job in a very timely manner. Sean and Josh were both very professional, understanding, and did an amazing job. It's not the easiest thing to have to give a $$$ quote to some one not expecting to have to deal with plumbing issues. They both handled my quirks (service sticker placement and having to manage folks working from home) and did it with a smile.

I had a sewer clog. Wayne came out and unclogged it and then identified the root of the problem being in the city sewer pipe. He worked with the city to fix it. He was super helpful, responsive and can't say enough good things about him. As good as it gets.

Water heater was spitting out water, called, came same day and replaced it! They brought things up to code and it was all done quickly. Super professional, also helped with my sink. Joe was plumber who came and was great, and so was the person who answered the phone. 10/10 would recommend!

Gio was early and resolved our issue quickly and completely.

Richard showed up on time - did a very good job with our bathroom drain. Was very patient and worked till the problem got much better. I generally do not do reviews - but this was very good.

I've been using Jim Dandy for about 14 years and have been satisfied with there service to clean out roots from an old sewer line in Bellevue WA. Typically, they would come out every 2-3 year cycle to clean out the roots. We recently had them come out to clean the roots out again however two days later sewer started to drain slowly. I texted Jim Dandy on this problem and they sent out Danny (nice guy) and he came out and have removed the roots and now our sewer drains properly. Thanks Jim Dandy for standing behind your work -:)

T.J. at Bob Oates went out to a rental property I have, to unclog some drains. He noticed the problem might be associated with a new pump system I had recently installed. He offered to follow up with a previous service person from Bob Oates before charging me. I really appreciate T.J.'s observations and his honesty. I would recommend Bob Oates to others that might ask me to refer a sewer and drain company.

Amazing!!! Nick and his crew were very professional and efficient. They completed our repipe in 1 day. There were no hidden fees and their quote is what we paid. Other companies said it would take 2 or 3 days, and they quoted twice as much. We highly recommend Repipe Masters.

They came out 30 minutes after I called and quickly and efficiently resolved the problem we were having without toilet. Both of the men who came were great and they provided up front costs and options.

I had John inspect and mark my sewage lines. He was on time, worked quickly, left the house clean (despite having to remove a toilet), and sent his report within a few hours. Highly recommended.

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.

PJ and the team went well beyond the call of duty, working late into the night on a holiday weekend to get us operational again. They didn't have to do that — but I am so appreciative that they did!
