Best Septic Tank Services in Seattle WA
Our hot water heater quit working and upon inspection had leaked. Our technician Jordan arrived within 45 minutes of our call and promptly diagnosed the problem and presented an estimate. With our approval, he located a new water heater system that fit our needs exactly. He drove and returned with everything we needed within one hour. Our heater system was more complex than most as it was a gas heated system and had a fan exhaust. Jordan had the old system removed and a new one in place with all new piping, connections and fittings completed efficiently and quickly.
Jordan was professional, courteous, competent and friendly. The scheduler at “2 Sons Plumbing” went out of her way to take care of our emergency quickly for which we are deeply appreciative. We strongly recommend “ 2 Son’s Plumbing”.

Fantastic company with quick replying, great guidance, top quality work and fair prices.
I was very disappointed working with another plumbing company cleaning my sewer line because they didn't finish the job but wanted more money.
Mark with Pioneer Plumbing captured the situation around my sewer line with his camera, gave me options how to handle the problems that the other company left behind, gave me a fair price to fix it and fixed the problem next day. Afterwards he even helped me to get my money back from the other plumber.
Mark you and Pioneer Plumbing are the best!!!

We called Roto Rooter due to backed up sewage into our bathtub and, after the initial plumbing snake work found no clogs, the resulting camera inspection showed sludge in our main sewage line. After that, sewer solutions specialist Layne Basom proceeded to act like a corrupt used car salesman. He told us he saw roots blocking the pipe between our home and the street and recommended that we should at the very least install an external sewer cleanout access point just outside our home. He quoted us a $6,000 price to install this. Layne also told us he found roots in our system and recommended that we do 3 hole blowout, which is basically replacing all the pipes from our house to the city sewer line under the street. He quoted us $20,000 for that and pushed financing options. I asked Layne if Roto Rooter could do a hydro-jet cleanout of our system via the accessible pipes in our crawl space. He said no, that it would flood the crawl space. My gut told me to get a second opinion and so I called a local plumber who came and did the camera inspection. He also found a sludge clog in the system and proceeded to do a hydro jet cleanout of the main line under our house which cleared the sludge and cleaned the system. This plumber showed me the video through the entire line to the street and demonstrated there were absolutely no roots in our pipes. When I asked for it, this plumber also provided a quote for installing an external cleanout access point and it came to $1300, almost $5000 less than that quoted by Roto Rooter. So for $1000 with the local plumber we solved the problem and I established a relationship with a plumbing expert who is committed to providing an ethical model of business by informing us of all of our options and being truthful and transparent throughout the process.Sadly, this was not the case with Roto Rooter and Layne Basom. Here are the ways Roto Rooter and Layne violated the ethics of good business:-Lied about roots in our system to pressure us to spend money where there was no need.-Pressured us to place $3000 down on the spot as a deposit to get the job done ASAP.-Lied about the hydro jet cleanout flooding of the crawl space. There was no flooding that resulted when the local plumber performed that job.-Quoted an extremely jacked up price for a service that could have been done for much less and actually was not needed.-Knowing that we, as homeowners, know very little about plumbing and sewage issues, Layne proceeded to pressure us into spending thousands of dollars by building a worse case fear within us and not go over the many options actually available to us to remedy the situation. As homeowners deal with plumbing issues that are an immediate need, I feel strongly that these consumers should be warned to be wary of Roto Rooter and their specialists like Layne Basom. Roto Rooter has proven to be a business which takes advantage of the homeowners’ vulnerability and lack of knowledge to fool them into spending large amounts of unnecessary dollars in a reaction of fear and desperation instead of in the comfort of knowing that the business is taking care of them with their best interests in mind.

When we need a plumber, it is usually an emergency.
Finding some urgent help can be extra challenging. My kitchen and laundry room were completely blocked after a mini flood caused by a major drain clog in the main pipe under the house. While I was able to deal with smaller issues in the past this one could not be solved easily by my usual tricks.
All that during the covid-19 lockdown with the whole family being stuck at home 24/7. And it had to happen on Saturday too (of course!). I called a few shops, but everyone was either closed for the weekend or booked for at least another week.
I was lucky to stumble upon Ridgid Plumbing on the internet and called Arash. He asked a few questions to do a quick assessment and promised to squeeze a visit between other jobs on the same day. He and his partner arrived a few hours later as planned, wearing gloves, masks, and shoe covers. After another quick check they shared the plan and an estimate. And within an hour we were back in business!
While they were working on it I got a few tips and tools from Arash on how to prevent this type of clogging in the future taking into the account my house specifics. Both guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend them if you need some professional help with any plumbing issues.

These guys do a great job. In March just as the lockdowns starts we noticed water backing up in our basement utility sink. Raman showed up on a weekend and found the break in our sewer line. They had to dig down a ways and remove a retaining wall. They got it all fixed up and even put our retaining wall back up. Excellent work and safety precautions. We'll continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Cesar and his crew - Ignacio and Armando did a great job of replacing my main water line. Took more time to find the second shut off valve then the repair. Commend them on leaving the wok site tidy and communicated well on the progress. I really appreciated their responsiveness to all of my questions.

We hired Shane to help us with a remodel at our home. We needed most of our pipes resized and the directions changed. He was loads of help and got it done decently quick and was super enthusiastic about it which was awesome! He installed a new bathroom sink, shower drain and rotated our toilet for a new bathroom. He also installed a new laundry system for us as well as a tankless water heater on the exterior of our house and everything looks amazing! He also made both our water and gas shut offs much easier to be accessed than they were before! Highly recommend Shane for any of your plumbing needs. There were some times when scheduling got a little off, but he was always responsive and very communicative. Working with him felt more like working with a friend than a random stranger, he was super friendly and fun to talk to while he was around doing hard work. He worked with us on a price and was very up front about everything which was comforting and great! The price was really good for the amount of work he got done for us. Definitely will recommend Professional Plumbing to my friends and family and will use them again in the future! Thank you!
