I had a sewer clog. Wayne came out and unclogged it and then identified the root of the problem being in the city sewer pipe. He worked with the city to fix it. He was super helpful, responsive and can't say enough good things about him. As good as it gets.

It was easy to book online and Nick arrived promptly and was very pleasant and professional.

I have been a General Contractor for 27 years, we build homes and additions.... so I knew what was in for when the main sewer line at my own home clogged yet again, and had a feeling this time it needed to be replaced. I had put it off because I knew how long and deep it is and that it was going to be a major project. Paul came by, scoped the line and confirmed my suspicions.... what I didn't expect was what came next. I had done some prep work for them, but it was obvious immediately that his crew is experienced and professional. They used a technique called line bursting to run the new line, which meant instead of digging a long trench and destroying my wife's plantings, they dug one hole. It was amazing to witness. They started on Thursday morning, by Friday afternoon, they were cleaned up and out. Even the cleanup was spectacular. If you are reading this because you, right now, are where I was that day, please heed my advise as an industry professional and call them. You will be glad you did.

Ruben was great. He diagnosed and cleared a clog in a line coming out of the dishwasher and helped me understand how various parts under the sink were connected. While we were running it to make sure it was working, I asked about another (unrelated) issue and he gave me some good general advice. Other residents in my condo building have used Wezee's and had good things to say about them, will definitely use them again for future issues and work.

After a bad experience last time with a different plumbing company, Pinky Plumbing, looking at you: This was a breath of fresh air. Super professional folks - Ryan and Curtis were amazing, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, scheduled it really quickly and had it replaced. Would not hesitate to ever use them if any plumbing needs came along in the future. Highly recommend.

Scott showed up why was having my floors installed the floor installers and Scott work together in my bathroom to get the job done as always Scott does one heck of a job for us I always request him when I need work done by mr. I've had positive experiences with The Plumbing Joint. Recently, I needed TPJ to fix an issue with my tub water supply pipe. Tyler showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in 15 minutes! When I asked Tyler to check another issue, he gladly did so. In total, he took care of two issues within 30 minutes! Thank you TPJ!

I hired complete trenchless in Oct to replace a leaking water main connecting water meter from the street to my house, which is about 50 yard long. After talking to several contractors, their price is the best. Initially, I had some hesitation since the company is relatively new. I think previously, the company's name is full bore. Cesar told me that he changed the name because he wasn't in this business for 2 years due to some personal reasons. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a chance.

They arrived on time and the whole job took about 6 hours. It is December now, no leak so far. Today, seattle has the coldest weather, and the waterline wasn't frozen. Now, I feel more comfortable to write a review as I want to see if their work can endure the test of time.

Overall, I am happy with their work. The only downside is it is a bit difficult to communicate with the workers during the day of the work. Cesar told me he would ensure at least one of the crew speaks English, but in reality, very limited. It is not a big concern to me since the work is solid.

In the end, I also got my paid invoice so I can be reimbursed from the utility company due to the leak.

Few things I learned along the way if you have a water main leak:
1. If it can be done trenchlessly ( drilled ), don't do it with manual digging. Trenchless is always cheaper and better.
2. Hire drilling contractors directly. Hiring someone that will subcontract the job will always cost you more.

After moving into our new house late last year, we started receiving super-high water bills from SPU. The city's water meter was bouncing back and forth, even with the water shut off to the house, attributing thousands of unused gallons to our account. Joe from Raymark came out - after we had a leak detection specialist assess the situation - and he put a new check valve on our main water line. Apparently, expansion from the water tank can throw off the meter if the check valve isn't working as intended. The new valve seems to have remedied the issue, and we are thankful to Raymark for the support!

Kordell ran all the plumbing in our bathroom, to our washer/dryer and also installed our water heater. Super friendly and great price. 5 out of 5!

I needed to get a couple toilets installed and shut off valves replaced. I had another company come out to get the work done and they only showed up prepared to leave me an estimate (an over priced estimate). I had the toilets at my house, I just needed them to provide the misc materials. I then decided to call another company and it was The Seattle Plumbing Company I called and they were able to get out to me that same afternoon. They came with stocked work vehicles and ready to do the work if I approved the cost. I definitely approved the work, they are very reasonably priced, the plumbers that came out were very courteous and professional. Not to mention, they kept their distance and wore masks and gloves. The office staff was also very polite and just made my day when she got me worked into the schedule that day. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others.
