I've been using Fox for at least 5 years from clogged drains to one huge job of replacing two sections of my main water line. They always show up and are extremely courteous and friendly. I strongly recommend using Fox particularly for the big jobs. The employees have been working there for ages which speaks a lot for the company.

Without question one of the best home improvement projects to date! My wife and I have been in our home over 20 years and aside from replacing the roof, having the plumbing repiped was one of the biggest investments we've made and we're so thankful that we selected Repipe Specialists to do it.

Before calling them, we had 5 professional plumbers come out to give us estimates for the same repipe project. Replacing the old, rusty, galvanized pipe with new PEX plastic pipes, including the main water line to the house. The estimates we received were all over the place in price and what was included in the service. It was very confusing to compare one contractor to another and after spending a weekend trying to make sense of the estimates, we decided to call Repipe Specialists for one last estimate before making our selection.

Scheduling the appointment was super easy and the follow-up communication was excellent. Confirmation of the scheduled appointment time, and a reminder before the appointment. The district manager arrived for the appointment and was very through in walking around the house and inspecting our current plumbing, as well as walking the perimeter to examine exterior hose bibs. Very thorough and patient as we explained our concerns and he answered every question without hesitation. In fact, his presentation was amazing. Photographs and examples of before/after repipes and he even pointed out a few things that the other plumbers missed, or never mentioned. The presentation was so thorough and detailed that my wife said, Let's do it! before he was finished. Up until that point, she was skeptical of the other contractors we'd talked to, so that was a great start for us.

The process was exactly as described. The plumber and his crew showed up on time and took the time to walk through the entire project and set clear expectations for how the project was going to unfold over the next couple of days. I shared some concerns about a few issues, and he promised to check those out as they went through the process.

The work was detailed, meticulous, and thorough. These guys are craftsmen in the old-school sense of the word. They take pride in the work they do and it's done right the first time as you'd expect from a seasoned professional with years of experience. This is all they do and it's absolutely wonderful to work with a company that specializes in repiping residential houses.

The entire process was fascinating to watch and they were very conscious of getting most of the work done on the first day so that we weren't without water overnight, which included running a brand new main water line with their trench-less trencher machine. The plumbing was finished on the second day, and that was only because they needed to finish taking care of the exterior hose bibs, and put in a new refrigerator line so that we could finally enjoy using our ice maker! I think this was one of the highlights for us.

The drywall repair team showed up a few days later (after the city inspection) and patched up all the wall openings in one day. By the way, the inspector even commented on the quality of the work and the way they included so many features that most wouldn't think to do, such as multiple shutoffs for the water heater, the exterior water bibs, and the main water line. All accessible within the house and a quick turn of the new connector easily turns the water on/off.

Best of all was the plumber and his crew. I made sure to get a few cards to not only refer their services to my friends and neighbors, but to put on my short list of preferred contractors who have earned my business. We have a few more projects coming up that require a plumber with the workmanship of old-world craftsmen. I can't say enough good things about our experience. It wasn't the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive, but it was without question the best value!

Was it worth it? Absolutely! No more chunks of rust fouling up the aerators in our faucets. Noticeably better water pressure, and I swear the water tastes better!

Guys that came took pride in their work and great at what they did. Will use them again!

I had a clogged garbage disposal and had burned up the disposal in the process of trying to unclog it myself. I called Puget Sound Plumbing and Matt showed up within the hour. He cleared the pipes and replaced the disposal all within a short time. He was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this company!

My experience with Clearwater Leak Detection was great. Simon was very knowledgeable and found our underground pipe leak in no time at all. He took the time to show us the issue and explained how to prevent the problem in the future. He was able to perform the repairs quickly and put our leak fears to rest! They had all the equipment needed on hand to help us out fast. I will definitely call them in the future for any water leak issues.

James and Kyle were a wonderfully responsive team! They searched the house for any issues with all my pipes and plumbing. They found an issue that I didn't know existed, a broken drain pipe under my kitchen. They clearly explained what was involved in fixing it. They were responsive and quick.

I also had an additional problem of unknown origin that occurs at night. My house hums intermittently. James really tried to figure it out. He even loaned me a water main key to see if it was changing water pressure during the night.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

We had a sewer line backed up and it was broken in places. Budget repaired the breaks and re-lined our pipes all the way down to the main line. Their verbal bid came in a bit below the other two bids, and after speaking with my wife and neighbor we went with Budget on basically a handshake. The work and service and clean up were top dollar. Very refreshing to do business with a family business that's all business and completely reliable. I'm very pleased and when my next plumbing project comes up, I know I'll be back. They patched my cement perfectly and filled the 2 holes in the yard and replaced the sod perfectly. My driveway is cleaner than before, or we'd not even know they had been there! We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!
