Good communication from the technician when he encountered traffic delay. Considerate use of shoe covers when walking through my home. He explained what he might have to do and what it would cost. I was happily surprised that the job was less complex than it could've been resulting in a lower bill for me. The technician completed the job to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Fox P&H to others.

As a first time homeowner, I was nervous when the inspector found temporary fittings on some of the pipes.
Nate came in and quickly did an entire repipe to remove all the galvanized steel and bring everything to code. He went above and beyond to make sure the house was in great shape.

I have to work from home, therefore I am quite busy and only have a small amount of time to deal with things. When my garbage disposal broke, I phoned a local plumber who was able to come out the same day and fix it quickly. They perform a great job and even fixed my garbage disposal for a reasonable fee!

Anthony is a rock star! He saved the day and bid the job fairly. Was able to fix the problem in half an hour on the spot. Give him a raise!!!

I had a problem with an outdoor faucet on exterior wall. Called Beacon Plumbing after 7am, Troy and Mike arrived at about 11am the same day. They explained the quote and process clearly and straight forward, figured the problem out in about half hour and the problem was fixed in the morning next day. The whole process working with them is professional, simple, and just had the job done quickly in the right way. In addition, Troy also inform us that we may need to have the wall dried. He helped us get someone come to dry the wall in the same day. These are good guys, and definitely recommended!

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that Roto-rooter sent someone a day later than they said they would.

We appreciated Jim Dandy's response to a blockage in our sewer . We called early afternoon and they were able to come around 7 PM in the evening. The technician was efficient and friendly. They unclogged the sewer in less than 30 mins. We were charged $1000 due to after hours service. We were followed up with a video inspection a couple days later and was told it would cost and additional $1000 to hydrojet the sewer and reduced to $600 after I suggested that cost seemed very high.

Jim Dandy's service was good and efficient. I would recommend others to call around and get quotes for addressing a sewer backup to save some money. We felt an urgency to the issue and wanted the backup addressed ASAP. Based on these costs, we sought out different companies for jetting and sewer repair services.

We have used Bob Oates twice now, once for a hot water heater problem and now for a garbage disposal repair/installation. The dispatchers are friendly and helpful and the technicians are wonderful! Henry Immel was our technician today and he was awesome. They have been responsive and professional in all of their dealings with us. I would highly recommend Bob Oates Sewer & Rooter.

After 9 years in San Francisco we moved back to our Fremont Seattle house and discovered the tenants did not really understand what a sump pump was and had unplugged it!!!
