Best Pump Installation in Seattle WA

Called Fox for plumber to clear blocked sewer line and check a kitchen faucet on 9/2/2015. They sent a plumber out around 4pm the same day and he got the sewer unplugged in around 1 hour. I appreciated the fast service on the same day that I called.

Sina and his team showed up and got the job done quickly and professionally. I made the “I can solve this like YouTube” mistake. They got us from shut off water at the main to back up and running in under 2 hours.

Had a faucet leak early in the AM. Called and Michael showed up within an hour to fix the issue. Very professional and easy to talk with. Will use again in the future!

I can't say enough positive things about these guys.. honest, dependable, talented people with lots of integrity. They removed and replace a section of sewer line that had settled and developed a low point. I also had them install a new main line sewer clean-out on the outside of our foundation wall. Their prices are fair and reasonable. This is team of awesome people.

The owner of this business arrived on schedule and quickly identified the location of the leak. He did identify 2-3 locations which was a bit concerning. Later when I dug up the location I found two leaks which corresponded almost exactly to where he had put in the flags. The fix was relatively quick and easy.

I appreciate the punctuality and professional attitude of this business. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Raman was great. He was able to to get us on his schedule within a couple of days, arrived within the time window he provided, did a thorough job, and cleaned up afterwards. He also provided some guidance on how to keep the line clear (gunked up just from regular use). His rate was reasonable and we would definitely use him in the future.

Very knowledgeable however their price for tightening 2 urinal bolts and installing a metal p-trap under a sink was $550 after taxes. I've used them in the past but I'm going to have to find a new preferred vendor after this latest experience. They charge $250/hour labor. I don't think plumbers are worth TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND HOUR? Maybe a lawyer or a doctor?

Asked specifically for a heater tech. To fix a leak and answer questions.. sent 2 nice kids that didn't/ couldn't answer or fix anything.. was then told a heater tech would be back later that day.. waited all afternoon.. finally I called the office at 5:30 was told by a very unfriendly man too bad.. miscommunication, nobody is coming to fix your heat today.. what do you want me to do about it? Bad customer service.. bad communication.. waisted an entire day for these jokers.. I still don't have a working heater.. and wasn't offered any solutions even as far as scheduling.. nothing.. just plane bad form.. if this is what you get before they touch anything.. makes you wonder what quality of work they do...
