Best Pressure Water Jetting in Seattle WA

Our bathroom got flooded on a Saturday. I called up Beacon plumbing and they arranged for service on short notice. Ryan (plumber) comes in about an hour, explains the process, clears up the clog, suggests long term solution (apparently the clog was because of roots) and was done in about 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our lives go back to normal again.Thank you, Beacon and Ryan!

As a business owner, for me it is all about making it right when there is a mistake. Both when I serve customers and also when we receive customer service.
On the Friday after Thanksgiving our restaurant had an emergency plumbing issue which caused our restaurant to not be able to operate. The person that took my call (Will) did an incredible job of responding and keeping me informed. After a couple of hours, the issue was that the plumber he asked to come to our location called out sick and did not tell him. After struggling to find us another plumber that was available, Will decided to take it upon himself to come out and do the repair himself. It was a one hour drive from Ballard for him just to arrive at our location. He resolved the issue in less than an hour and our Friday night reservations (revenue!) were saved! I pushed very hard for him to take a large tip, however, he could not be convinced. I have to give a huge shout out to Will and the management at Pioneer. Most times things flow very smoothly from start to finish. When we did have a hiccup, they always work to make it right!

My Service Technician was Scott Thomas he came out to fix our broken downstairs toilet. Scott arrived in a timely fashion and provided friendly, efficient and informative service. Scott is a reliable Service Technician and I would recommend him and Roto - Rooter to anyone looking to address any and all plumbing and drain services.

Rick came out and did a free inspection on a storm drain plugging issue I've been dealing with. He explained how the drains worked and what could be causing the problem. He gave me several easy/cheap DIY options to try before doing a costly hydro jet procedure. Will definitely call back if I need to bring in the heavy guns on my issue! Thanks Rick!

I am super remiss not posting a review/kudos for GLS. Chuck and his team are fantastic. I have been calling upon GLS/Chuck for years. We have a rental and house in SEA, both circa 1920's/1930's lines. GLS/Chuck are super responsive and get the job done right.
