Fox Plumbing was amazing! From the time Rick showed up to give me a quote until the repair was completed by Jose the next day they exceeded my ever expectation. They were early to the appointments we scheduled. The quote was below what I had feared. They finished the job early! I will recommend Fox to all my friends!

Very friendly office staff and technicians. I have had several issues with our mini split systems at our property and they are usually able to come out in a day or 2 to fix. Prices have typically been better than other HVAC companies I've used.

Two son plumbing was great, they rescued us undoubtedly. Below the drain and in the bathroom. I called in AM, they're here afternoon!!! Our tech. Elijah, very knowledgeable and recommended money saving remedies, which really helped.

My technician Jacob was prompt (early actually), very explanatory, and thorough. He performed the job for the price quoted, and when he was unable to complete the job due to drain hazards that needed repair he was able to explain why and help with getting an estimator out to give a quote for the repair. I even had an issue with my bank, and he was helpful in working out a solution for that as well. Couldn't give Jacob higher marks for the work he had to do and the professionalism he presented. They need to make this guy a trainer.

Needed help replacing a leaking spigot in our garage. They were able to get it done same day (on a Sunday)! Communication was great, they were very accommodating to our needs and repairs were done well and quickly! Will definitely be using them again if we need further plumbing work!

Had a problem with our kitchen sink being clogged. The only plumbing company that could send anyone right away was Puget Sound Plumbing. Josh was the plumber who serviced our kitchen sink and he was exceptional in his service to me and my wife today. We are very grateful for the overall quick response Puget Sound Pumbing gave us today and would use their services again if needed.

Spoke with Simon on Thursday morning and that afternoon he was on site discussing my options with me regarding a main line water leak. He advised what his work involved and what the cost was, then he proceeded to perform his detection work. Within 30 - 45 minutes he was able to determine the exact location of the leak, and that was confirmed by the plumbing company, Maple Valley Plumbing, when they repaired the leak.
Simon was very helpful and kind in his work and support with costs. I am grateful to him for his help and his referral to Maple Valley Plumbing too. Everything was completed expediently and efficiently. Thank you.

Just found out about a leak we had going in our crawl space yesterday. Bought this house 6 months ago and was not prepared for a huge plumbing disaster. After calling around to multiple plumbers in the area, with no one available, Bobby returned my call and said he'd be right over to at least look at what the problem was and turn off my water main for me. As a new homeowner and someone who knows nothing about plumbing, the fact that he just came over to assess and reassure was huge. He told me exactly what we could do to speed the process along, and that he'd be back as soon as he was able to actually fix it for us. Within less than 24 hours he was back here, and completed the entire job in a short time, and at a reasonable price. But more importantly, we now have a plumber we can count on for any future problems that may arise. That peace of mind in an older house is worth every penny! Thanks Bobby and Norm, you guys are the best. Highly recommend them.

Evan Conklin is a dirty weasel. Roughly two years ago we hired him to replace a 7 year old water heater in one of our rental properties. The water heater is located in the attic, a place we obviously don't see much of. Well recently when our tenants called and said they had no hot water we called Evan to take a look at things. He said the water heater was broken again and that we would need to replace it again. We couldn't believe it. Our gut told us to get a second opinion . We have now been told the water heater we currently have in the attic is from 2006. Evan Conklin charged us for a brand new heater that he never even installed. Be careful.

Had a problem trying to get a plumber and tried this new company out. Sharif quickly came to my rescue when no other plumber would see me that day. Got a new water heater just in time. Thankyou again for the excellent service!!

Our well stopped working entirely this morning. They came right out, replaced the pump and pressure tank, and by end of day, we could flush a John and brush our teeth. What a deal! The guys were great. Thank you, Home Advisor!

I had a toilet that was semi-plugged up. I tried everything and couldn't get it to open up. So next step call a plumber. I called Fritz, he got back to me right away. He explained that he could make it out but I might try to clear it myself. He gave me a brief tutorial of how to do it over the phone. I gave it a shot and it worked. Turned out to be an apple juice packet my 2 year threw down the toilet. DOH!!
At any rate, I appreciate his helpfulness, integrity and service. I will call him again for any drain service I may need in the future.

Hired then to replace a bathroom exhaust fan and repair leaking sink. Fixed the sink perfectly, but installed the fan incorrectly and covered the exhaust fan of the heater so it broke after 1 day. Also didn't do a great job of the patch work so it is uneven which you can see in the picture. Rather then pay again to come back in just going to do it myself. They did give partial refund though.

I had faith in this good-natured neighborhood plumber to repair my toilet. He fixed my toilet in less than 30 minutes, which is quicker than a qualified plumber would typically need.

I just want to thank Mike and his team for coming and saving my kitchen. Kitchen sinks were back up and running the camera and doing a full flush saved my marriage. Thanks again.
