Both times the people they sent out (Konard and Rick) were honest, professional, and were able to identify the issues right away and fix the issues in a timely manner. Pioneer did a great job for us! The tech, Mike Davidson, showed up on-time and was very professional. He kept our house nice and clean and had our drains running in no time. Price was good and didn't have to deal with upselling. Honest company and highly recommended.

The guys were considerate, thoughtful, helpful, in the aid of our needs. Kenny took the time to explain what he was going to do each step of the way and did a follow up after the job was completed. The camera tech man whose name I forget but it started with an M. He told us what was needed and that they would do the sewer line repair in stages. He gave us options. Repipe Masters were great. They showed up early with 5 workers, repiped my entire house, patched the dry wall, did additional work I requested that was not part of the agreement (replaced my shower fixture taht was not working) and cleaned up all in one day. They were pleasant, knew their craft and performed masterfully. I thought I was going to have no water for at least 2 days. But I was able to shower in the morning and then wash my dishes after dinner that same evening. I highly recommend them!

We always use PSP. Workers are always punctual and professional. They explain things so dummies like me can understand. I highly recommend PSP.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Only does drain cleaning, but doesn't install sewage ejector pumps. But Fritz answered immediately, gave lots of helpful pointers, and quoted drain cleaning at a price significantly less than large-company plumbers. I'll use him next time I need a blockage taken out!

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.
