Best Plumbing Systems in Seattle WA

My wife, Stephanie Miller, routinely goes to Fox Plumbing for all our needs. This summer Fox has replaced a sewer line and a hot water heater at our rental house. Fox staff were very helpful coordinating our appointment, we got a spot on estimate for the work done, and the plumbers were very professional and nice to both my wife and the tenants at the house where the work was being done. Today they came out to our rental unit again to search for a leak. No leak was found but the plumber did refer my wife to a company that can detect moisture infiltration into the house. Great customer service all around. Thank you FOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On January 16, MLK day, we had A NEW refrigerator delivered and the delivery man broke the icemaker waterline which caused an immediate very large plumbing rupture which we got turned off BY ONLY SHUTTING OFF ALL WATER TO THE HOUSE AFTER SOME FLOODING DAMAGE. It was the trucking company who was responsible and they agreed to get someone out that same day to get our house water turned back on because it was a big emergency. We had no water. The trucking company called Gene Johnson plumbing who sent a truck and two men to look at the problem. They cut out some drywall to see it better and bid $1700+ dollars to fix it but demanded immediate payment in addition to the $250 first visit fee to fix the problem. They demanded the money be paid to them the same day or they couldn’t start to work. The trucking company had been led to believe that after authorizing the initial visit for 250 they could be billed the balance later. No one from the plumbing company ever said otherwise and the men came out, but refused to do the work without being paid ahead of time.
At that point, I did the only thing I could do. Which was to find another plumber who could come out immediately and fix it same day I called our plumber and they sent their man out to fix it for between &600 and $700 at 1/3 the price of a flat rate GREEDY $1700 bid Johnson plumbing gave and demanded.
On a scale of 1 to 6 for review purposes I would rate Johnson plumbing a “1” and would give them a zero if it existed. they did not state their critical terms in an emergency situation, and did not do the work, left the wall damaged and flooded and were way over priced.
My wife and I would never ever use them again and I am sure the trucking company that delivers a lot in the Seattle area would not either!

Rick & Zadrian called and arrive within 2 hours from the time I called Beacon Plumbing. They assessed and identified the problem and went straight to work. . They explained what thy would be doing and provided me with an estimate cost for the job. There were no additional hidden cost. This was about a 7 hour job and they cleaned up everything after they finished. I am totally satisfied with the quality of work they performed. Thank you Rick & Zadrian, I will definitely recommend Beacon Plumbing to anyone with needing plumbing repairs.

Emerald City Sewer has impeccable service. I needed my sewer replaced. Showed me where my sewer needed to replaced with camera. Got the job done right.

Just a quick note to all looking for an honest plumber....STAY AWAY from Pioneer Plumbing. We had work completed by Pioneer on a renovation 2 years ago (in addition to a previous remodel on another home). A YEAR after the completion of the remodel, they sent my husband and I a bill for $2800. Seeing as how there was no way to verify what work was done or (even after asking numerous times for proof of additional work completed that we did not already pay for) we finally agreed to pay them half the amount of the bill in good faith since we were generally happy with their work and so that we could all end the relationship on a positive note. Since we never heard anything back, I assumed the matter was settled.

Fast forward to today, and I have a plumbing issue with the pipe they installed. I called the office and they are not willing to come back and work on their very own installation. They explained that they don't guarantee their work after a year anyways, and that they refuse to work with us anymore.

Save yourself from the frustration....and bills coming A YEAR after completion of a job. What a shame--thought I had found a good one :(. Terrible, short sided, customer service.

Did quite a bit of work with both sewer and plumbing with these folks. They did a quality job and came back to fix the minor issue immediately. Couldn't ask for better!

I contracted with O'Niell Plumbing to replace my sewer line. The project was done on time, the crew did quality work, cleaned up at the end of each day, was very easy to work with and kept me informed as to their progress. I would highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing.

I received bids from other companies that were $10,000 more and suggested work that did not need to be done. The plumbing service exceeded my expectations. The plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed the issue with my plumbing promptly. I appreciate their expertise and prompt response.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
