Best Plumbing Issue in Seattle WA

Rapid Rooter came to snake our sewer line. Not only were they quick, their costs were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Mike was my technician and he did a great job replacing a leaky outside hose bib! They were super fast and competent, and they were even early!

I had 2 toilets that were needing to be installed. Will not only did not come out to do them, he additionally allowed a leak to persist. Do not use this company if you want reliable service & on the chance that you must, ensure Will is not your plumber unless you want bad service & a bad job.

Installed a whole house water shut off system

T.J. at Bob Oates went out to a rental property I have, to unclog some drains. He noticed the problem might be associated with a new pump system I had recently installed. He offered to follow up with a previous service person from Bob Oates before charging me. I really appreciate T.J.'s observations and his honesty. I would recommend Bob Oates to others that might ask me to refer a sewer and drain company.

We met Doug on a Thursday and Nick and his team were at our house the following Monday. They were the lowest price by thousands of the three quotes we received, they did an amazing job, and were very professional. My water bill was going through the roof so I called out a plumbing company named Roto router that took me to the cleaners for a couple thousand dollars and didn’t even fix the leak! Don’t ever call Roto router ever they are rude and so expensive and then did not do the job at all. My experience with Clearwater was totally different totally! They showed up exactly on time very personable, Great smile and actually spoke English not that I’m not a fluent in 48 other languages LOL but he’s the first one of 32 were from rotor router that spoke my language which was refreshing and he was knowledgeable told me what he thought it was and he was exactly right. He said it was going to go outside and see what he could find and within 20 minutes he was back at the door telling me it was all fixed I could not believe it all fixed the meter was not running at all with the leak and he told me I had been leaking about 700 gallons per day per day! Incredible what a waste thanks Roto router for running my water bill up another $300 by not fixing anything. Thank you to Clearwater for fixing things Alderwood Water came out and checked the meter no leaks no leaks no leaks no leak. Don’t hesitate to call Clearwater they are the best! Made an appointment yesterday and they showed up on time. Raman, took a look at clogged issued which had several plumbers here without results. His troubleshooting and service were unparalleled. Highly Recommend it, but plan to pay for expert service.

Putting in our new water line was not easy. Our sewer and our neighbor's sewer line were put in circa 1924, and they had sunk and risen over the years. Between data they got from the city, and scoping with a GPS linked sewer snake, Green Planet and their drilling partner did an amazing job avoiding the two sewer lines and a gas line to give us a new one inch water pipe that allows us to take a shower and not have the water die out if someone flushes a toilet or turns on the kitchen faucet. The materials they use are of the highest environment standard. Their high standards of preparation and execution are amazing. If you have an old house with a constricted water connection to replace, you can't go wrong with Tyler Brown and Green Planet Plumbing.

Please use Green Planet for any plumbing issues! I had a horrible experience with Beacon Plumbing last week. Marcus & Justin with Green Planet came out and did what needed to be done and explained everything to me. I don't have enough money to pay for the permanent fix right now, so they went the extra step to get my line as clean as possible to buy me a bit more time. Great service, good prices, and they're honest. I highly, highly recommend these guys!

The City of Seattle requires an annual testing of backflow assemblies to protect drinking water from backflow-related contamination. HD Partners Plumbing & Heating, Ben Foster in particular, performs this annual service for us. He is excellent, trustworthy, and highly skilled. He is always available to meet testing deadlines. He repairs and retests our backflow assembly and submits the report to the City of Seattle to ensure we are in compliance. He is a very competent professional. I recommend this firm highly.

Budget sewer did an excellent job for us. They have all the necessary equipment, experience and ability to take on the work. They work quickly and efficiently, almost making it look too easy. The City inspection was passed with no problems. The damage to the driveway, the deck and the shrubbery was minimal, saving me thousands in repairs. A competitor head wanted to tear up everything but Budget Sewer did minimal damage at a lower cost!

I have used Joe for many years to fix one issue after another with the plumbing in this old house. He is prompt, efficient, and personable. He encourages do it yourself solutions when appropriate and has saved me money with his suggestions. I heartily recommend him.

Rude and sloppy

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
