Gerald did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet this morning. Our house was built in 1929, and we know from years of experience that plumbing jobs always involve unforeseen difficulties and complications. Replacing the faucet this morning was no exception. Gerald encountered several problems, but had the right tools and the right solutions to get the job done with a smile.

I recently had my entire plumbing system replaced by this service and I couldn't be happier with the results. The plumbers were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Our hot water heater quit working and upon inspection had leaked. Our technician Jordan arrived within 45 minutes of our call and promptly diagnosed the problem and presented an estimate. With our approval, he located a new water heater system that fit our needs exactly. He drove and returned with everything we needed within one hour. Our heater system was more complex than most as it was a gas heated system and had a fan exhaust. Jordan had the old system removed and a new one in place with all new piping, connections and fittings completed efficiently and quickly.
Jordan was professional, courteous, competent and friendly. The scheduler at “2 Sons Plumbing” went out of her way to take care of our emergency quickly for which we are deeply appreciative. We strongly recommend “ 2 Son’s Plumbing”.

Just had Beacon Plumbing out to fix a leaking toilet. Troy was professional, friendly and right on time. He fixed the problem efficiently and I was felt safe with the precautions they took to social distance and appreciative of him wearing ask mask while in our home. Would recommend and hire again.

Responded quickly to an emergency call, were swift and effective in resolving the issue, and took the time to clean up after they wrapped up. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This was by far one of the worst experiences of my life. The guy had no clue to what he was doing. 3 1/2 hrs and it turned out to be a quick fix. Very disappointed. Will never use/recommend Roto Rooter!

Both the people I spoke to to schedule our appointment as well as the guys who showed up to try and fix our flooded dishwasher (ended up being an issue that needed to be resolved with the manufacturer) were so helpful and kind, plus they were super communicative about when they would be arriving. None of that sometime between 12 and 6 business! Would certainly go with Bob Oates again.

They were professional, cleaned up after their job was completed, worked until they got the job done, even addressed some additional plumbing concerns we had the day of their originally scheduled job. bathroom remodel, only had to wait 1day, knowledgeable, described the process. Talked me through what options I had. great experience check in make sure i was getting what i expected. will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

Doug (Senior Technician) came to service my Rinnai tankless water heater at home today for CODE 10 error. He pulled and cleaned fan(dirty), replaced igniter flame sensor, flushed system, and finished services within an hour. He also gave me advice to take care the unit. I am very happy for the services with reasonable price. 😊👍
