Rick, Jose and Matt helped me out and were super professional and courteous. Rick helped me save thousands by instructing me how if I put in the labor of digging the trench through my yard he could install the new water service from the meter to my house and drill through my foundation! Fantastic! So I dug it out after getting the utilities located and Fox plumbing was true to their word. They came out the next day and were fast, friendly and did a clean quality job. These guys treated me like family! I appreciate the courtesy and price and all their willingness to answer my questions.

I called in the early evening on a Tuesday and had a person out to my house within 30 minutes. He was professional and helped me understand my situation and options. Doug Lapierre,the tech worked quickly and safely and I felt 100% safe and confident having him work independently in my home. He cleaned up before he left and my home is better off since his visit!
Even at an Emergency Call price, this repair was a reasonable price and I will not hesitate to call them back for any plumbing problems in the future.

The plus side is they're available quickly. And I think they do decent work. But I've used Beacon twice now (once for an emergency water heater replacement, and recently for some minor electrical work), and paid way too much both times. There won't be a 3rd. My doctor husband looked at the bill and said Im in the wrong business. 'nuff said.

Our tech was professional, on time, prepared with masks and booties, and still beeped our number even when we failed to answer the phone. He solved and was finished with the issue within 10 minutes. Excellent work!

Main sewer line backup of old (1926) house--common problem. Was impressed with the expediency & professionalism of Roto-Rooter--they took care of everything. First, the plumber snaked the line to get everything back and running and water draining--he stuck around for a few hours solving the issue (took the toilet off to snake that line even though it was likely the main stack, etc). He got the water mitigation salesman (Mark) to come out right away, who was very professional and thorough--his team then came and did the water mitigation as best they could--removed the carpet, drywall, etc. He also set me up with a very competent general contractor to do the repair work!

I needed a sewer location and video capture on fairly short notice, and was helped by Andrew. He was on time, very friendly and professional, and got the job done efficiently in spite of a tricky sewer cleanout configuration. Jim Dandy was also very helpful in accommodating a last minute schedule change I had to make. I’d definitely recommend Jim Dandy to other homeowners in need of this service, and plan to go back to them for my future plumbing needs.

Service was excellent! I have used them twice now, once for myself and another time for my father. Arrived on time and resolved all issues!!

Josh and Jonathon were very help and easy to work with. They explained every step of the process as they were fixing our water leak.

I had him install a dishwasher and 2 toilets. The dishwasher shorted out underneath, and left evidence of it burning. The pro's who came after him said I should report him for the poor job he did. I'm thankful it didn't start a fire. One of the toilets is fine. The other is wobbly, and I need to yet another person in to fix that. In light of the service I got, I can't recommend him.

Came, diagnosed, fixed all within an hour. Would highly recommend.
