Had Fox Plumbing installed split unit AC for my house. They are very responsive to address all my concerns. Terrin and his team is very friendly and showed up on time and worked very efficiently! 5 star service!

They sent a competent and reliable worker who was able to give a fair quote and install quickly (despite it being right around the holidays). If you are in need of help with your furnace, call Beacon and make sure if you can, to ask for Tony as he was incredibly knowledgeable and reliable/quick.

I called in for a diagnostic appointment with Nick from Repipe Masters. On the day of, he never showed up. I tried to call and he even hung up the phone. They know how hot the market is right now and would only go for the big job. Will not recommend for anyone!

Scope: The feed line leading from the water main cracked and was flooding the front yard.

Communication: Top notch. This was an emergency appointment and they communicated every step of the way. There was a slight delay in getting here, but they were true partners and kept me in the loop every step of the way. A quote was provided in a very timely manner.

Service: Top notch. Michael showed up on time and completed the line replacement. However, upon completion he noticed one of the city's lines had cracked from the tree roots as well. He contacted the city and they were on site within 30 minutes. He stayed with them and even dug a trench to keep the water from entering our home. They went above and beyond and I am extremely thankful.

I cannot thank you and the entire team enough. You have earned my future business.

This job was complicated by needing to extend the interior water main to a second water feed including crawl space work. There was one difficulty with crawl space access and they stayed late to complete the job and stayed within the original estimate.

I had a plumbing job done by John Keigley a couple of days ago. This is the second, or maybe third, time John has come to my house. He's friendly, efficient, and explains things in a clear way. I will request him in the future if needed.

Mac has done the backflow testing for my house in Shoreline for the past 3 years. Scheduling my backflow test has been easier that with other testers I've used in the past. He has always been on time to the appointments I've made via his website.

I've had him conduct two backflow inspections during this pandemic and he has been very careful in regards to wearing a mask both times. (Really appreciate this!)

On the day of testing, he submitted the reports required by the city of Seattle via email and cc'd me.

I recently had Doug come by to service my Rinnai tankless water heater. Super knowledgeable and friendly - he walked me through all the work he did and helped me understand my system better. He also saved me a lot of money - previous service providers were unwilling to clean out the unit and only wanted to sell me a much more expensive setup. We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

I punctured the water main digging a fence post hole. Since I knew exactly where the puncture was, I was able to clear enough earth to easily get at the pipe before they arrived. Drew showed up and had the pipe patched in probably about 45 minutes, including a trip to the supply store for some adapters.

The install was quick and they explained each step clearly such that I now feel confident in my ability to patch the line should I ever damage it again.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!
