My outside drain backed up into my basement. I called Wayne at Emerald City Sewer and he and his crew came over that evening. Evidently the problem was quite a ways from the house. Not only did they blow out the entire line, but they installed an outside access to the sewer line, which I didn't have in my 1962 house. Cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend!

Did quite a bit of work with both sewer and plumbing with these folks. They did a quality job and came back to fix the minor issue immediately. Couldn't ask for better!

We just had our house re-piped by Repipe Masters (replaced 60s-era galvanized steel with PEX). They also installed a new hot water heater and two new toilets we had purchased.

The crew that performed the work was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They discovered that additional work beyond the original scope was needed, and worked several additional hours to complete it (at a very reasonable cost).

The owner stopped by to check in on the project, and was clear with communication before and during the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house re-piped.

Sewer Friendly did a great job on the sewer lining project. They communicated promptly, were attentive and paid attention to safety. Ryan showed up after the main job was done to put the yard back together, including replanting shrubs and trees, hosing the pavement and watering the landscaping.

Excellent company! Plumbing appointment was confirmed with a text message and plumbers arrived promptly on time. I am a property manager and only use Best Plumbing. They are on time, knowledgeable and always get the job done. Jimmy Z was out at one of my rentals today and did a fantastic job, he expalained the issue to the tenant and then called to give me the information.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Had Anthony out from Zesbro and he replaced my garbage disposal after it stopped working all of a sudden. He came out, looked at it and figured out that it had rusted out and wasnt good anymore. He gave me a price to replace it and had the whole job done in less than an hour. Would defintely use them again and will let my friends as well.

We smelled sewer under our deck and called her immediately. She was able to work us into they're busy schedule starting the day after we called. She was very responsive even answering my calls with questions off hours. She diagnosed my issue in a timely manner and was very professional and up front about the issue and how much it would cost to repair the damage. Having a sewer leak at your house can be a bit scary and yet at no time was I concerned after talking to Trisha that this issue would not be resolved. They finished when they said they would and put everything back as before so it looked as if they had not even been there. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience we had with Trisha and her team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have had good experiences with Bees until we had them come out to repair a water heater. They tested the elements and the thermostat on the unit when they arrived and they both tested as functional, but they decided to replace them anyway and charge us $700. They have since refunded us the money and we appreciate the error being acknowledged.
