Best New Toilet Installation in Seattle WA

We recently had Fox to the house to help solve an issue with a leaky valve. Fox came on two different occasions to diagnose the problem, which was eventually fixed on visit #2. Konrad, the service person who fixed the problem, we found to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and fair. The service person who came on visit #1, was equally good, I just don't recall his name. We were impressed with the entire team at Fox and we would call them again for certain.

My purpose in writing this review is to call out the professionalism of Rick Braden from Beacon. I have been in the property management business for over 40 years and being so impressed by Rick, a great ambassador for Beacon but most importantly a valued person who took the time and the years of experience to educate the owner of the condo along with guidelines to maintain the proper maintenance of the dishwasher, refrigerator and water heater.Rick achieved an exemplary report because he is a true professional.Sincerely,Pat

Unless you like to be ROBBED in plain daylight, STAY AWAY. I had a technician come over ($75 trip fee) to look at leaking outdoor faucets that were not winterized and presumably had burst. He explained that depending on what the issue was, the repair could cost $650 for a hose bib replacement, $850 if the wall had to be opened to repair, and $1250 to create a backing to install/replace. Since we did not know what the problem was, the technician had to unscrew the faucet to diagnose the problem. Both hose bibs had visible leaks and needed replacement, and fortunately did not need to open the wall to replace. So he said that would cost $1300 to replace ($650 x 2) based on what was initially discussed. I told him I was not willing to pay that, and that I could just do that on my own. I was willing to pay the trip fee for him to come and diagnose the problem. He then said I already agreed to the $650/faucet price earlier! I told him that nothing was agreed upon (nothing written), and that the way he explained the process was very deceiving. He said he could tell what the issue was once he turned the water on and it was leaking, and that by just removing the faucet (3 minute job) he had already begun the work. One would assume that, as a customer, you should diagnose the problem first, and then I would then have the chance to decide whether to proceed with the repair or not. If I did not want to proceed any further, then I would have to pay the $75 trip fee and the $350/hr base rate (minimum 1 hour, even though he was there for only 30 minutes). I could not believe it. I was already feeling under the weather and was not in the mood to argue. So $468 later (350+75+tax), I'm left with two unrepaired faucets. Well, at least now I know what the problem is.

Great service! Gave us a quote for replacing 3 leaking valves, but tightened them first to see if the leaks would stop. They did! Thanks for starting with the easy fix.

The Repipe Team is an extraordinary value. They are professional in every way. They completely replaced my 80 year old house plumbing system in one day. They work constantly and efficiently. They are on time and completed the work in the time they said they would.

I called these guys our to install a bbq line out back. I call for a next day appointment but was shocked when they said they could come say day!

They gave me a 2 hour time window but called when they were about 30 min away. I appreciated this because I need to run to the store and pick up my daughter so I was able to get home in time.

When they arrived they did the bid on the job. Used very good contractor grade materials and was able to do the job the same day!

I will be using them from now on for all of my plumbing needs!

I was impressed with the friendly and professional communication from both Frank S. and Bobby. I learned about my plumbing system and understood the issues at hand. They responded quickly and then worked efficiently to solve issues that were bonito straight forward. I highly recommend.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Value: Quote came in 40% cheaper than another major competitor in the West Seattle area for a top of the line 97% efficiency unit.

Responsive: Came same day (for free unlike 99% of the other plumbers) to give us a quote. Installed the unit NEXT DAY so we did not go too long without hot water.

Professional: Plumber (tre?) was a rockstar. He was communicative, efficient and overall great to work with.

I highly recommend them and they are my new go-to plumber in West Seattle moving forward!

I'm lucky to know a caring professional like Joe. I've had several odd piping issues at my house, interior and exterior, and Joe has always been HUGELY helpful over the phone and in person. He really cares about his craft and customers - and he doesn't just fix things; he improves them. He has longevity and sustainability in mind. He is a prompt and clear communicator (read: explainer of his craft to simpletons like me), and a real cool guy. I can't say enough nice things about Joe!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!
