Best New System Install in Seattle WA

Josh was actually early. Dispatch called to say when he would be arriving early (great with us as whole house water was shut off). He diagnosed the issue. Explained how water likely came through floor to leak through ceiling on 1st floor. Was clear in communication and efficient in action. I'd be glad to have him do work again. Fox is my new go to first call for my or other organizations with whom I affiliated plumbing needs.

Their office picked up right away and Ryan got out to my sewer emergency within the hour. He managed to get the blockage cleared so my poor tenant could get to safely use her plumbing again within an hour and a half of notifying me! Ryan very clearly explained what was needed by phone with voice and pictures. He also gave me guidance on finishing off the job with clean up. Very easy to work with.

Couldn't have had a better company come out and do the work we needed, by far exceeded our expectations very friendly and professional workers!!

Replaced water main and supply pipes with PEX 4 years ago. Recent city meter issue led to need for adjustment to our line. Responsive, friendly and great value.

Rick Braden arrived on time, checked my water heater thoroughly, explained his recommendations, showed me how to shut off the gas to my house and water heater, and service my water heater to make it last longer. He wrote up a work order and began the work immediately.

Michael and Pierce just came out to do a regular sump pump maintenance, and I can't recommend them enough! Very professional, showed me exactly what they were doing and what was good/bad in the system, finished the job quickly, and incredibly reasonable rates. We'll definitely be using them again.

Jeff Richter and John came to our house to fix the garbage disposal. They were prompt, very quick, very professional and personable. They explained what they were going to do and after exactly what they did do. They made me feel like I had known them for years. We will only use O'Neill Plumbing from now on and we will always ask for Jeff Richter and John they were wonderful!

Had my water heater system need a purge and removal of air bubbles form the system. They came out within 3 days and fixed it very quickly.

Had a tenant somehow unscrew the bathtub drain and call me cause it wont go back in. Being in Alaska, I couldn't take care of it myself as I built the house. I called another plumber first, who was too busy and recommended these guys. That says something right there....

Marcus came out 5 hours after I called, let himself in the house with the hidden key, called me immediately and was a little confused why it would happen. He found the tenant had cross-threaded the drain into the boot, which could cause him to replace the entire drain. He wanted my permission to try to fix it (fix the threads), then if needed, replace the entire drain.

Calls me back 15 min later and says he had success getting the original unit back together, and tried to only charge me there minimum service call. I voluntarily overpaid (pay for what you get people) and including tax was out the door still for just over $100. Crazy happy.

Integrity, skilled and super easy to work with. If I could give 7 stars I would. Marcus could have turned this into a can of worms by just not trying as hard. And he would have made a lot more money doing it any other way than he did.
