Wonderful service!

My technician Jacob was prompt (early actually), very explanatory, and thorough. He performed the job for the price quoted, and when he was unable to complete the job due to drain hazards that needed repair he was able to explain why and help with getting an estimator out to give a quote for the repair. I even had an issue with my bank, and he was helpful in working out a solution for that as well. Couldn't give Jacob higher marks for the work he had to do and the professionalism he presented. They need to make this guy a trainer.

Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating replaced my Water Heater... in 20 years, this is the 2nd replacement both serviced by them. When I called this time, at 4PM... the Engineer was in my garage replacing the water heater within 45 minutes. Alex was the Engineer and he was the nicest, most professional, well trained, and certified Plumber that I have ever had the pleasure to work with... always, my first call for plumbing and heating is and will be Puget Sound Plumbing and you should call them too... ask for Alex, if he is available and you will not be sorry... just happy!

5 star experience all around. I was a bit skeptical because they are a newer company, but I submitted my request on their site and Sharif got back to me the same day. He was easy to communicate with and I was able to get an actual idea of the estimated cost ahead of time, which was very reasonable. He was able to come out the next day and arrived exactly on time. Friendly and efficient, he got my new water pressure regulator installed beautifully and with a warranty. I'm very pleased to have no more drips and also to have perfect water pressure again. So refreshing to have someone local who I can trust after trying with the big corporate companies. I look forward to future business with Watertite Plumbing. Only does drain cleaning, but doesn't install sewage ejector pumps. But Fritz answered immediately, gave lots of helpful pointers, and quoted drain cleaning at a price significantly less than large-company plumbers. I'll use him next time I need a blockage taken out!

Very happy with Fixer, we've had a bunch of random issues pop up after moving into a new house from hanging large pictures into plaster walls, fixing wonky doors & handles, small plumbing issues and we have lots of other issues we'll be calling them on in the future.

Rick from SewerFriendly came by my place to inspect and provide an estimate for cleaning a clogged culvert/storm drain at the foot of our driveway. (City wouldn't touch it.). A few bucketfuls of mud removed later, our drain was restored and there was no expensive bill! Rick was very knowledgeable and friendly, and if the drain ever does clog to the point that I can't handle it on my own, I'll be calling SewerFriendly to get it professionally cleaned.
