Best Maintenance in Seattle WA

I came home from a business trip only to find the wood flooring in my kitchen all warped and saturated with water. Even though I called late in the afternoon on a Friday the team at Fox was able to get some guys over to find the source of the water leak and make the repair. Once done they checked all the other connections around the house to make sure I was covered throughout. They were totally professional and great to work with. I'm very pleased with the work and highly recommend the team at Fox Plumbing.

3 hours late and a broken pipe later I am not satisfied. I called them out after Lowe's told me that they couldn't install my dishwasher, Roto Rooter told me it would be $500 to install a dishwasher and then charged me $165 for a replacement valve and an elbow joint. Which sounded great until about 3 days later I realized that I had a leak in a new place right where the guy replaced the elbow joint. Needless to say I am not impressed and will not be using their services again.

On time as promised, quickly and professionally located shut off taking time and patience to explain detains necessary. Friendly and even remembered me from last time as I was recovering from surgery.

We had outstanding service from Rick and his helper, Jeff. They were both was very careful of our home in taking care of cleaning the drains. Rick took time to explain what needed to be done and showed us what the problem involved. He has a wealth of knowledge and gave us advice on how to take care of our drains in the future. Wonderful service - highly recommend them.

I was remodeling my master bathroom when the water pipe for the toilet got cut with a sawzaw. Water was everywhere. I called even and he had Norm there in 30minutes on a weekend. He had it fixed in 20minutes. They were super friendly, quick and clean. Thanks for saving my bathroom.
