Beacon Plumbing Plumber
We had to call Beacon on an emergency basis for both electrical and plumbing last week. We were having new appliances installed and on installation it was discovered we had an electrical issue for the dishwasher and some plumbing issues that would need to be corrected prior to the dishwasher being able to be installed.Beacon came in with their team- Rick the plumber, Ali the electrician and two apprentices whose names I do not remember. During Rick's thorough investigation it was discovered that there was actually a significant leak that had been undetected causing significant water damage to the underlying floor. He acted quickly and got us signed up with the 24/7 Flood and Fire Team so that the water damage could be taken care of immediately. In the meantime, he assessed what needed to be done to fix some of the immediate plumbing issues and Ali moved the plug for us very quickly. Our first interaction with the plumbing assessment and Ali's electrical work was fantastic. They were very professional and helpful. The plumbing team was to return the next day but were delayed as the 24/7 team were coming in to do demolition to the damaged kitchen. On Friday, we were assigned a different plumber for the job- Romeo who was ABSOLUTELY fantastic.Since the kitchen was all taken apart, it was easier for him to look at things. He found some additional issues that he gave options and recommendations for how to fix it/if we wanted to fix it. He was not pushy at all, and was just honest and thoughtful. We ended up having him do a whole lot more work than the original assessment with Rick. He was here for several hours on Friday and came back on Saturday to finish everything. He was extremely thorough, organized, clean, professional and helpful. In fact, we have decided that should we venture into the next stage of plumbing repairs that we will be specifically asking for him in the future.I would not hesitate to recommend this company and any of their services to anyone who needs plumbing and/or electrical done.

Ridgid Plumbing and Drain Services Plumber
Arash, the business owner of Ridgid Plumbing came to our condo on a few hours notice to convert the incompatible shut off valve to one that will allow our new sitting dishwasher to be installed. Installer used by home depot can install it because they don’t want to deal with liability of connecting a metal braided hose to a plastic shut of valve. They also can’t fix it. The big problem we have is that we’ll have an open house to sell the condo next day and no functional dishwasher. Arash was able to fix this issue and install the dishwasher which work well and nicely placed. He also fixed the drains of the new vanity sinks the the contractor didn’t do a good job of making sure there was no leak. Arash was easy to talk with and don’t give you a hard sales or doomsday talks that will make you get scared of the cost of plumbing repair you’ll be dealing with. He showed honesty and integrity in his work. I kept his contact info because I know I will be needing his professional services in the future. Though he’s the business owner you can still see the humility and hard working traits in him explaining why he’s so successful and the quality of work he does.

Clearwater Leak Detection, Inc. Plumber
I have a leak in my water line and called the plumber. He told me I could call Clearwater or another company. He said he felt Simon was the best in his field. So of course I had to call him. I called on Tuesday and got lucky because Simon was able to come out on Thursday. He came and went right to work. He was very nice and professional. I cannot say enough great things about him and his work skills. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a leak detection on a water line.

Bobby T's Plumbing Plumber
I had him install a dishwasher and 2 toilets. The dishwasher shorted out underneath, and left evidence of it burning. The pro's who came after him said I should report him for the poor job he did. I'm thankful it didn't start a fire. One of the toilets is fine. The other is wobbly, and I need to yet another person in to fix that. In light of the service I got, I can't recommend him.

Fritz Sewer Drain Service Plumber
They did not explain their fees up front, and so it was surprising when I got the final bill. Two guys arrived to clear an outside drain. They brought a drill powered snake. After trying to clear it for less than half an hour they determined I had a hole in my drain and someone else had to come repair the pipe. Fair enough. But the final bill was just under $300. $100 for the service call, $150 for labor, and a $20 machine charge. That works out to $300/hour for labor, or a minimum of an hour for two people when the job really didn't need two. I really wish I had understood how they charged ahead of time, I would have called some else.

Green Planet Plumbing & Sewer, LLC Plumber
Job was supposed to take three days but it wound up taking two weeks. Although there were some minor setbacks, there were too many days when nobody was here working or someone was only here for a few hours. Including the delays the job was done according to Tyler. one month later see photos attached : I wrote to Tyler: this is what happened as a result of not filling in the dirt properly. Also you can clearly see that the seeding barely grew. I am hoping that you will fix this as it was created by your Company digging it all out. The entire area was flat and grassy before any work was done. You even commented to my husband that you were sorry about how the lawn was damaged from the equipment. Please let me know what you can do. Thanks (Tyler wrote back saying that it's a busy time of year for them and will be a few weeks before he can get back to me to address the situation.) Update : OK, it’s been five months now from the start back in Sept to now Feb. and a worker just shows up here without prior notice. We’ve been promised this for many weeks, but this drop in stuff is very unprofessional. I guess he knew we were past the point of being patient, so he was no longer acting civil or even making eye contact when spoken to. I once again explained exactly how the fence and grounds were promised to be when the job was bid by Tyler. He just mumbled something at me and proceeded to do it his way despite the efforts of myself and my very ill husband to provide simple details to him. I can’t express in words how frustrating this project has been. Like most people, we have lives to lead and expect highly paid and self promoted professionals to do as they promise and as we, the ones who write the check, need them to do the job they commit to in writing. With a very active dog that can’t use our backyard for three months because these guys can’t make a phone call or commitment to fill a dirt hole or sink a fence post properly is absurd. Do you really want your next plumbing emergency repair (or anything) promised to take a certain time, stretched out for five or more months? Or, when it goes badly do you want your desperate emails and calls to go ignored for week after week after week?

I am a home owner and a landlord, so I have had experience with plumbers and dealing with sewers. Wasn't quiet sure at first about the man of few words. Then he quoted my job, made a couple of jokes and did the best most efficient job ever! He was timely, had hard workers and was the best price outta my 3 bids. Super pleased. I highly recommend Paul and his crew.

TSCO Plumbing, LLC Plumber
We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Rudy's Plumbing Inc. Plumber
Determined to do this on my own, I rented a 25 ft snake and used Drano etc. After 2 weeks it was time to call a plumber. Typical guy I guess. But I was concerned about who to call. I had heard bad stories and wanted to chose the right company. After posting requests for referrals on West Bellevue and Medina FB site, and shockingly receiving NO referrals I texted builder friends of mine. They too wanted to find a good plumber feeling others were not honest. Finally a prominent Realtor in the area whom I trust sent me a referral, Rudy's Plumbing. Curtis and Ryan did a GREAT job. They took the time to do it right and didn't cost anything extra. These old pipes were draining slow even after being cleared. I wondered why my dishwasher didn't clean well. The pipes didn't drain quick was why. Well that extra work did it. Water runs GREAT and dishes are better as well. Finally an honest plumber, Now to find a honest Lawyer :)

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
