Jeremy and J arrived when they were scheduled to arrive. They were friendly and went right to work. 30 minutes later they were gone and our issue had been addressed!

I had two plumbing issues. I would have normally tried to fx these issue myself, however I was recovering from surgery. I got online and scheduled An appointment and The Rotorooter dispatcher called me in about 30 minutes indicating that their service person would be arriving soon.The Serviceperson showed up and was very professional in outlining the costs, including the discounts for us haven't he 2 issue to resolve.The professionalism was great in every respect. Normally we had used a plumbing service in the past that was not as prompt, nor responsive.I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Ridgid plumbing and drain service is a very fantastic professional company. Very satisfied with their professional work. Our water meter was leaking and he (Arash) came less than a hour on his after hour schedule and fixed it. Very professional and great performance. Highly recommend.

We had our clothes washer serviced on 10/22. Luis Lopez responded. Luis was polite, courteous and professional. He informed us he had driven from Bellevue WA. He was very patient, waiting for us to consult with our brother and father.
We were unable to come up with a prompt response. He left and then had to come back and provide the service. It was a hard job. He completed his job under 2 hours. We are very pleased with his service and highly recommend him to anyone else who has similar problems.

Wonderful service, fast workers. Within 30 mins they replace the valve and water supply line to our toilet and the price wasn't half bad.

Excellent service and professional work. Bobby was able to refer me to another contractor to do some tile work to complement his plumbing. He replaced my toilet, found me a superior sink faucet, and found a way to work with my existing plumbing to replace leaky bathtub faucets.

Sharif came out and was absolutely top-notch to work with. He was very transparent (not at all salesly) when talking about the longevity of our furnace, was able to fix a component of our Nest thermostat free-of charge, and gave a recommendation about how to self-service our water heater. Sharif's customer service was superb and would recommend him for any of your heating & plumbing needs!

These guys are all business and know their drains! After a bad experience with Bob Oates overcharging and not getting the job done, I call Fritzs and they came out promptly and got the drain cleared within 20 minutes for a $100 less than BO. Super nice guys and I would highly recommend to everyone!

We had a lot of work that we'd been waiting to do. They did it all for a great price and very professionally. We are super-pleased with all of our interactions (they did the work in two stages). And they left us with an estimate for things that they noticed that might need fixing in the future. Very helpful and professional. Good vibes. As I described in YELP back in March when I had the misfortune of using Green Planet Plumbing. They did not stand behind their Estimate. They Charged me for time on the Job, while they went back to their Shop for the necessary tools. They appear to hang around as long as possible to insure they have more to BILL for.. The price for unclogging my Sewer was ridiculous. BUYER BEWARE !

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Ryan came out on short notice, was very professional and repaired a troublesome Hosebib with his many troubleshooting skills.

I would not hesitate to use Rudy's Plumbing again and will definetly be asking for Ryan. Thank you Ryan!

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
