Our main sewer line recently backed up late on a Sunday night, turning the bathroom into the most horrific mess of raw sewage you can possibly imagine. Beacon was the third plumber I frantically called and they immediately told me someone was on the way. To my great relief, James Young arrived 40 minutes later, and quickly determined it wasn’t a simple clog. Our concrete sewer pipe from the 1940’s was crumbling, infested with tree roots and needed to be completely replaced. James and crew completed this major project for us in less than 3 days. He also recommended a restoration company to handle the hazardous state of the bathroom. I highly, highly recommend Beacon Plumbing and their plumber, James Young, who took everything in stride with a stress relieving sense of humor, worked long hours with no complaint and kept us informed every step of the way. These people are really honest people. A month ago I lost my portable printer when I accidentally left it on the street near their shop while clearing out my truck. These guys found my printer and got it back to me. I seriously appreciated this and wanted to let them know. Thanks guys.

Carlos Martinez augered our plugged toilet extremely successfully. He was very nice and efficient, he also tested the toilet to make sure it was unclogged after the job was done. I recommend him highly. I'm posting this for Ruta Toutonghi.

Dustin was great...did troubleshooting to see what the problem was, found it and fixed it in short order. The company kept in contact with me to continually update me on when he should be at my house. The communication was excellent, work was excellent, had the part on his truck so there was no delay in fixing my problem. Will use them again in the future.

Determined to do this on my own, I rented a 25 ft snake and used Drano etc. After 2 weeks it was time to call a plumber. Typical guy I guess. But I was concerned about who to call. I had heard bad stories and wanted to chose the right company. After posting requests for referrals on West Bellevue and Medina FB site, and shockingly receiving NO referrals I texted builder friends of mine. They too wanted to find a good plumber feeling others were not honest. Finally a prominent Realtor in the area whom I trust sent me a referral, Rudy's Plumbing. Curtis and Ryan did a GREAT job. They took the time to do it right and didn't cost anything extra. These old pipes were draining slow even after being cleared. I wondered why my dishwasher didn't clean well. The pipes didn't drain quick was why. Well that extra work did it. Water runs GREAT and dishes are better as well. Finally an honest plumber, Now to find a honest Lawyer :)
