Helpful and professional staff. Good selection of quality fixtures to actually touch and try out. I'm updating a faucet and sink I'll use multiple times a day for the next 25 years and I just couldn't find anything I liked at the box stores. I walked in, got helped immediately, and got a selection of excellent quality stuff to choose from in about 10 minutes. They have extremely high end stuff but also really good stuff that is reasonably priced compared to the low end junk I found at box stores and on mass retail websites.

Very positive experience working with 2sons plumbing. They made it out quickly for the estimate and 2 days later they were back to do the work. Both Robert, who came out for the estimate, and Joey who did the work were profession but friendly as well. The office kept us informed of when they'd be coming so they all did their job well. I would/will definitely call them again if other needs arise.

Folks, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and Will from Pioneer Plumbing showed up early for our appointment to fix my kitchen sink. He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. Roto-Rooter was great : Timely, responsive and efficient. We have a leak because of our fridge line. The first plumber Michael came in, did an assessment and suggested a pretty expensive repair but was not pushy on having it done letting me do another quote. I had to call the next day as I realized the water heater was off and was not able to turn it back on. Tahj came and turned the heater back for free. He also looked at the other issue and came back with a more affordable solutions. In both case, they were one time, available, and professional. Cheery on top, wait to get an answer on the phone was less than 5 minutes both times.

I had a 50 year old house with the original galvanized piping. Now I have a 50 year old house with new AquaPex piping and fittings. It is great to have increased water pressure, even flow and no foul taste to the water.
The job was smooth and painless from the time Doug showed up to provide an estimate to when Nick and his crew left the completed job site. Repipe Masters provided a complete installation that I was able to add the installation of a new hot water heater (provided by me) and still be under the competition's price.
The day of the installation, Nick and his crew showed up at 9:00 in the morning and were finished, completely packed up, and everything cleaned up by 12:15.. Couldn't have had a better experience. I recommend anyone considering repiping to Call Repipe Masters.

The contractor used Green Plumbing when we remodeled our house over 8 years ago. I had a break in what I thought was my sewer line and called Green Planet and 2 other companies for a quote. 1 came in over $10k, but wasn't exactly sure what the issue was, another said $3.5k and was pretty sure they new what the problem was. When Justin came out and assessed it, he knew exactly what the issue was and it was significantly less. 2 months now and no further issues. I'm glad I went with them and didn't rip up my yard only to find out that wasn't the issue!

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.
