Kerry was very nice ! Funny and helpful. The follow up was very challenging. I wanted to order a vanity and called 4 times, was told I would get an email from Kerry twice, asked if I wanted to pay (when I hadn’t even ordered yet) and overall will likely not use best plumbing in the future.

Last month I hired Seattle Sewer Company to install a french drain in my backyard and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch.

Great experience - very helpful, communicative and professional. We were told we had a gas leak from previous company and Jesus came in and disproved the leak, checked whole system and gave us great piece of mind with our home.

Will was in and out in a flash! Fixed our shower faucet, great work!

After working unsuccessfully to unclog our toilet for at least an hour myself, I called Roto-Rooter. Florin was very professional and polite. He took care of the problem in about ten minutes! He also gave me some toilet-flushing lessons (it's different for #1 and #2!) which should help prevent the problem from happening again. Knowledge is power, even toilet-flushing knowledge. Thanks Florin, and thanks, Roto-Rooter.

Highly Recommend - Our Tankless water heater was leaking.

I was able to have Arash (owner) from Ridgid Plumbing within 30min of calling at our home for a Free assessment of our issue. He was patient knowledgeable. He was able to have have it replace 2 days later by Armini and Sina. Armini and Sina had the new tankless up and running in no time.

They cleared my drain and provided a video scope of the full sewer system for my realtor. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I will recommend them highly.

Nick and his crew were able to re-pipe my house in just one day, as promised. They were respectful and cleaned up when they left. Unfortunately I had a small leak at a connection, but they came back when i called, corrected the leak, and re-configured my tub and shower valves to my satisfaction. Their bid was significantly below the competing company that offers re-pipe services. I would recommend Re pipe Masters based on my experience.

This was the most exploitative and unethical behavior by a company I have ever heard of! A worker named Carlos H. came to my elderly parents home to install an old garbage disposal, informed them that the disposal was not working and that he would replace the unit with one of theirs for $900!!! When my 93 year-old father declined, he requested $434 for coming to the home and insisted on being paid. My very vulnerable parents paid him $274 for doing nothing!!

Called Bobby on a Saturday. He agreed to squeeze me in between two other calls. I had a few issues including a clogged floor drain, leaking washing machine and a slow draining shower drain. He came in, busted butt for 45 minutes straight, taught me a thing or two about my own house, fixed ALL of my issues and charged me $20 less than he quoted over the phone. Super awesome guy, right? It gets better...

My wife gets home later that day and sees the Bobby T's shopping bag he left behind and said, 'Oh you met Bobby T, huh? I wondered how my wife knew who Bobby T was. Then she reminded me that the winter before, she had got her van stuck on a snowy night while I was out of town. Bobby T happened to be driving by. He stopped, again busted his butt, got my wife unstuck and absolutely refused to take a payment.

We're big fans of Bobby T the plumber and Bobby T the guy.

I will never call another company as long as Ramen runs Drain Pro and has a team like DJ. They were fantastic.

Value: Quote came in 40% cheaper than another major competitor in the West Seattle area for a top of the line 97% efficiency unit.

Responsive: Came same day (for free unlike 99% of the other plumbers) to give us a quote. Installed the unit NEXT DAY so we did not go too long without hot water.

Professional: Plumber (tre?) was a rockstar. He was communicative, efficient and overall great to work with.

I highly recommend them and they are my new go-to plumber in West Seattle moving forward!

He arrived instantly and was exceedingly courteous and helpful. He quickly set to work mending my pipe and advising me on how to keep it in working order in the future. I can't thank him enough for his assistance, and I plan to retain his services in the future.

I’ve been getting a lot of quotes and calling a lot of companies to fix issues with my home lately. I’ve met a lot of untrustworthy, pushy salesmen. When I found out I needed a plumber due to a broken pipe in my crawlspace, I was less than eager to start calling around for more quotes. I found Green Planet from a few recommendations I saw on the West Seattle Facebook group. I emailed them through their website at 11pm Wednesday night. They had emailed me back by 8am and had two guys out here by 9am. The guys were professional, kind and obviously knew what they were doing. The quote to fix the repair was reasonable. They gave me a second quote to fix another problem they found but were honest about it not being an urgent fix. I’m tight on cash right now, so having this honesty, with no pitchy salesman act was so refreshing to me. They fixed the issue and were done before 11am. As a female homeowner, it’s really common to get taken advantage of and I cannot thank Green Planet enough for being a stand up company and getting the job done quicker than I expected. I will definitely be calling them for all my future plumbing needs!

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
