Annual maintenance of our HVAC system. Was extremely informative and discussed everything as it is a newer system. Explained it well and offered a great price.

They are great! Very professional and with deep technical knowledge! We had issues with our thankless water heater (Navien) and Jose was super thorough and gave us several different options and advice! Once we had decided to replace the unit with a new one, he was on time, did a super clean install and paid extreme attention to detail and went the extra mile to ensure everything looked amazing! He answered all my questions and made sure to address all my concerns! Great service and I will definitely call them again! Thanks for being rockstars!

Great plumbing service

I was Freakin' so I called Beacon! They sure have a catchy motto but they were great!Josh J was AWESOME - he called 30 minutes prior to arriving to introduce himself and let me know when he was going to be here. He asked a few questions to prepare himself and he showed up right on time. He was thorough on his inspection and very knowledgeable. He provided multiple options for me to consider and explained the all-in costs so I could digest. Great communicator throughout the process and quick to take action. He worked hard and completed the replacement of our water heater within a couple hours - very impressive! Josh J made the process very easy and helped me have piece of mind that I was taken care of.Thank you so much for your great work!

Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating was quick and painless. I submitted my request around 10:45-11am, they had someone call me at 11:20 am about the plumbing tech's ETA and Joseph and his coworker arrived around 11:35-40 am. Joseph and his coworker replaced the leaking pipe, the bathtub faucet and above all both men were very polite. I will be reaching out to Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating for future plumbing issues. Thank you, Joseph and coworkers for getting all of this taken care of in less than 4 hours!!! :)

Great work at a fair price!

Zoltan really helped me out with replacing and simplifying a mess of old water lines, a badly leaking shower, and terrible hot water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom.

Highly recommend, I’ll be using him again!

I had him install a dishwasher and 2 toilets. The dishwasher shorted out underneath, and left evidence of it burning. The pro's who came after him said I should report him for the poor job he did. I'm thankful it didn't start a fire. One of the toilets is fine. The other is wobbly, and I need to yet another person in to fix that. In light of the service I got, I can't recommend him.

Rude and sloppy

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Mac has done the backflow testing for my house in Shoreline for the past 3 years. Scheduling my backflow test has been easier that with other testers I've used in the past. He has always been on time to the appointments I've made via his website.

I've had him conduct two backflow inspections during this pandemic and he has been very careful in regards to wearing a mask both times. (Really appreciate this!)

On the day of testing, he submitted the reports required by the city of Seattle via email and cc'd me.
