Best Heating Repair in Seattle WA

Service quality was very good, professional, and fast, but they were over 30 minutes late and very expensive for a simple leaking facet repair. The work was less than an hour and was a simple gasket replacement, yet it still cost $300! Perhaps this is the going rate for hiring a plumber, but I have to imagine there are much cheaper alternatives.

The technicians were very professional and took their time to explain the furnace problem I had. They also gave me several options for repair. This is my 2nd time using this company. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again when I have heating or plumbing problems.

This review is for the parking lot - it's a nice overview to watch birds in the wetlands. It would be nice if McKinstry built a sidewalk behind their building so we don't feel like trespassers when we're trying to get closer to the birds.

We had a pinhole leak on the main hot water line in the ceiling of our first floor. The pipe is in a narrow space next to the heater ducting. On Saturday morning, I had found the leak and attempted a repair. I could not get the water to drain from the line so could not solder the coupling in place. After 6 hours of frustration, I called Beacon. The scheduling was easy. As promised, we were called within half an hour and told of arrival time. Chris shut the water off at the street. They offered to let me try again but I was done and frustrated. The showed me the price for the repair and proceeded to complete the repair in about an hour by removing my work with the coupler and placing a 'shark bite'. The process was professional and educational. Chris and Robert were wonderful to work with...and on a Saturday afternoon.

We worked with Will and we were more than impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Great guy. Did a fabulous job replacing and accessing our sewer
ejection pump. He knows his stuff and we will always request Will at pioneer plumbing next time we have a problem. Good job on hiring will, pioneer plumbing! Give the guy a raise. Thanks!

I spoke with a person Eric, he was very courteous , sent a service professional Frank..immediately, the person did fix the pipe quickly and made sure the pipe leakage is fixed.
I am happy with their service and how quickly they addressed my issue ..
However the charges was close to $300. It could have been a bit cheaper for a small pipe repair/fixing issue ..

Bobby T is so great! A couple of years ago I had a toy go down the tub drain, not only did he come the day I called he was friendly, helpful, fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced! Just called him on a Sunday he called me back within a few minutes and was able to help again fix the problem!

Wow!! Great experience!!! We called about hot water issue and based on the company expertise - we were restored hot water with a valve replacement within 24 hours of calling!
So nice to have friendly and skilled service with quality but not overcharging!

He was supposed to come out on 10/2. I told him I wouldn’t be home but the system is outside. He never billed me, never sent a report. I received a late notice from the utility company today. This happened last year too, I had to email and call him to submit the report. Not sure why I gave him a second chance this year.
