Best Heating in Seattle WA

Today, our house started flooding... the water flowing from the bath drains and floors in our basement. I ran outside to turn off the water main and saw a Fox Plumbing Van working on the church next door. After attempting to shut the main off myself and not succeeding, I ran next door and Wayne came to the rescue. He had the correct tools and within 2 minutes had the water stopped. SO thankful for Wayne and Fox Plumbing!!

I've been working here for about 4 years. Great employees, a great company to work for, and even better views of the Columbia Slough Wetlands area.

Angelo was great; he seems like a good dude. Our kitchen sink was clogged. I called at about 9:50am and he was here same day by ~11:30am. He was courteous and professional. He provided an estimate ahead of the work and explained what he was doing while he was doing it. He then unclogged the sink in short order.

We had Beacon Plumbing do our complete house. The job presented some serious challenges. Jeff McCoy came out for the three phases of the job and was fantastic! Not only was the work he did, top notch, but he worked with us on some extra things we wanted. He suggested alternatives that saved us money and produced a perfect job. When the inspector came to the house for our final, he said, You have a master plumber here, so I really don't need to check every faucet and fixture! We couldn't possibly be happier with Beacon Plumbing. I gave it five stars, only because I can't give six stars.

great company, great staff. They came in with the right answers, knew exactly what needed to be done, and made me feel like the situation was under control. This was not the case when the leak first started. Highly recommended for anybody needing plumbing work in the Seattle area.

Devon was referred to me from my sister in law and he was fantastic. We were on a tight timeline and Devon was so easy to work with. He was professional and diligent. We will absolutely be calling Jim Dandy and requesting Devon in the future!

Contacted Zoltan The Plumber after reading some of the previous reviews. Zoltan was very professional and upfront about what the job would entail and about how much the job would cost. I had Zoltan replace my faucet, drain pipe and hose bib all three were in bad shape and needed replacement. He was honest and cares about the quality of work he does. I will use him again in the future for some other plumbing repairs i need to get done. Thank You Zoltan sir.

Excellent service and professional work. Bobby was able to refer me to another contractor to do some tile work to complement his plumbing. He replaced my toilet, found me a superior sink faucet, and found a way to work with my existing plumbing to replace leaky bathtub faucets.

After 9 years in San Francisco we moved back to our Fremont Seattle house and discovered the tenants did not really understand what a sump pump was and had unplugged it!!! I found Evan Conklin Plumbing on the web and Norm came out the same day. He replaced the pump, the clogged valve, the blocked sewage line and it was fixed in a few hours! After dealing with painters and flooring refinishers and movers I expected the worst but got the best when Norm showed up. Thank you Norm and thanks Evan Conklin plumbing for restoring my faith humanity.

Great service by Sharif. Excellent communication on phone. Quoted price before beginning work. No hourly anxiety. Very knowledgeable and professional. Came out the same day and worked into the evening. Effortlessly Fixed a shower valve. I will definitely be using Sharif again for all my properties.

The crew did an awesome job with our sewer work!

I used a fixer for an electrical problem from a circuit breaker. They try hard every minute to figure out the problem and explain the details kindly. The price was reasonable.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

Very rude over the phone.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
