Best Heat Pump Installation in Seattle WA

Fox Plumbing, Heating & Cooling - Seattle Plumber
When I needed a plumber I was confused and not sure who to call. I don't know a thing about pluming issues and didn't want to get taken advantage of for my ignorance. I called a few companies but didn't like the vibe I was receiving from the person answering the phone. I then decided to call Fox and from the moment I spoke to the lady on the phone I could feel the stress easing away as she spoke about the services they offer and even quoted me an approximate price which was impossible with the other companies I had called. The next day as I waited for the plumber from Fox to arrive the lady from Fox called me and explained that they had an issue with another house and they may be late for the appointment. I advised her that I was on a tight time schedule and that waiting longer wasn't going to work for me. She bent over back wards to help me out and the next thing I knew I had a plumber on my front door steps. I believe the plumbers name was Rick and from the moment I met him he was amazing as he walked me through what he was about to do with a genuine care about him. The work ended up being more than what we thought it would be due to some serious roots growing in my pipes. Rick quoted me a price from low to high and at this time I was helpless due to the fact that the work was out of my hands and there wasn't a thing I could do about it. I worried that when he finished the job that they would automatically charge me the high end of the quote. To my surprise when all the work was finished he charged me below the low end of the quote. Fox plumbing truly stands by there attitude of wanting to earn my business for life. They did just that as I have told all my family members and my neighbors about my experience. This is how I view it. When we have plumbing issues we all wish had a family member who is a plumber. Well, with Fox plumbing I feel like I do have a family member who is a plumber. From the person answering the phone to the plumbers in the field they are all my plumbing family... Thank you Fox.. You have earned my business for life. Now I just wish you worked on cars as well:)

Seattle Plumbing, Septic, Sewer, Heating & Air. Plumber
Had a leak late last night and 2 sons was able to come out today and take a look. I called a bunch of other places and no one was able to come out anytime soon. We had shut off the water, not knowing where the leak was coming from. Austyn was able to come out, assess the problem and let us know it wasn't the water heater but the pressure. He explained to us what needed to be fixed and that we didn't need to replace the water heater. The price was reasonable for the work. Within a few hours he was done and all is good in our home. I would definitely recommend 2 sons and Austyn.

Beacon Plumbing Plumber
If you call Beacon, you’ll be freakin. Easy to schedule with. They did come quickly to our emergency. That’s was as far as the good service went. We’ve had to track them down for receipts which may be common. But what made this experience so bad I would never recommend company was, they found a blockage, said we needed to repair 40ft of sewer piping cost 6k. The owner of the house left after this was done. We get a call saying there is more damage than expected. They put the camera further down the pipe and discovered that the main sewer line had deteriorated and was causing major blockages. They quoted us 23k to replace the entire line. The owner said he didn’t have the money so don’t do the second repair. They told him if you don’t, you’re going to continue to have water backing into your home. But they had just installed an opening outside to the line that would actually give us a solution to it backing into the house. We could just go outside, open up this pipe and it would flood outside instead. So they were absolutely trying to use scare tactics. I property manage the house and was referred by a roommates friend to call south west plumbing for a second opinion. We did that. I was there when south west out the camera down our sewer line. There were zero blockages and NO deterioration. There were some very small root intrusions. That’s all. They told us that there were no signs of the line backing up on us anytime soon. Just that the root intrusions will at some point need to be taken care of. I would never use beacon plumbing again. The plumbers left us all not knowing what was going on during the first repair and when you call their office they will have no information for you. You have to get it all from the plumber. They will give you a list of work done and charges. That’s it. My questions for them were. Can the owner dig his own trench and lay pipe himself and then hire them to hook it up. The technician called me back and told me there was no blockage, but he had told the owner that there was. He then said we would have to Jack hammer the concrete driveway to access the pipe and digging our own trench would be very difficult. Well sure if we have to go under the driveway. But when you look at the map of our plumbing, it doesn’t run under the concrete. And southwest was able to use their technology to show us where the line goes. It’s not under the drive way. But next to it and under grass. When I asked Beacon how certain are you it’s under the driveway. They laughed and said, 100%. They straight up lie and try to get more money of people they think they can take advantage of. Do not use this company. There are so many better companies out there. Good luck on your projects and plumbing needs.

Ridgid Plumbing and Drain Services Plumber
I hired Arash to replace our 50 gallon, conventional gas water heater. I got a few other quotes and his was very competitive. His associate Armand came over the next day and completed the installation with no trouble at all and did a good job finishing in about 2 hours. Arash came over at the end to help close out the job and they ended up replacing the flexible gas line without charging me anything extra. I'd definitely recommend them based on their good quality work, timeliness and competitive pricing.

Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating Plumber
Terrible experience. They showed up to fix a broken toilet handle ($10 part) at my disabled mothers house and told her she needs a new toilet due to slight rust in the tank. They proceeded installing a toilet for $1500 before calling me for approval. When I asked for a break down between the cost of the toilet and labor they refused to give it to me. They claim they charge per job and don’t give a break down. A new toilet is $200. How is labor $1300 for a 30 min job? When I told them didn’t have approval for the job, they proceeded to argue with me when I told them not to do the job because a “caregiver” gave them permission. A state caregiver does not have authority to approve work.

They took advantage of a disabled veteran

Avoid dealing with them.

O'Neill Plumbing Plumber
I have used O'Neill Plumbing several times. The last time the follow up was awful. It has been a week and the faucet and drain have not been fixed by them. The kitchen sink and laundry room could not be used and was told the backyard had to be dug up and someone would call me back Monday or Tuesday. I called back Monday and was told someone would call me back. That has still not happened. I called Beacon plumbing and they sent Jesus out to take a look and he did the repairs and cleaned the line. Nothing had to be dug up in the back yard. Its all working fine now. I wonder if O'neill would have ever Called back to finish the job

Evan Conklin Plumbing & Heating Inc. Plumber
We had a great experience with Evan Conklin's company!! Super knowledgable, really nice people, and lots of integrity in terms of their work and operation. Norm installed a whole house water filter for us and there were some issues (with the filter itself, not with their work) - but they were super responsive to all of my questions and even came back to my house to help out (and didn't charge me extra for the second trip!) Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Ready Rooter Plumber
**Disclaimer: Lengthy story but worth reading for an honest review**

Look no further than Ready Rooter for a plumbing company you can trust. What started as an “easy” DIY project to replace a bathtub faucet quickly became a desperate need for a reliable and experienced plumber.

I met Adam, the owner, at my local Home Depot while buying additional parts to repair my DIY project. He noticed that I was holding various parts and offered to assist me. He shared his vast knowledge of plumbing and even offered to help me troubleshoot if I needed further assistance. The best part of our interaction was that he was genuinely helpful without using any sales or marketing tactics to promote his services.

As I mentioned earlier, what started as a simple project ended up becoming a headache, and I found myself in need of assistance. Fortunately, I had saved Adam’s contact information, as I had spent two hours attempting to stop the continuous leak with no luck. I was also worried that the leak would cause significant damage to my floorboard.

Adam had a full schedule, so I was grateful he could accommodate my tight schedule as well. He arrived punctually and promptly identified the issue with my work. He was knowledgeable and friendly while providing service. Additionally, he went above and beyond by caulking and cleaning up the mess to help me finish the project. His work was high quality and shared helpful tips/tricks for future projects.

I was pleasantly surprised when Adam offered to help me free of charge, especially for an urgent request with no appointment. This experience shows that the company is not focused on making extra money off of its customers. They are a trustworthy company with reliable employees. Thanks to their exceptional service, I now know who to contact for any future plumbing issues, as I am confident that they can provide quality service.

Thank you, Adam and Ready Rooters!!!
