What a way to end a week! In preparation for having our new washer/dryer combo delivered on Friday morning, I disconnected the old washer and found that the cold water valve in the plastic box in the wall was leaking like a sieve. In my naivety I thought that it wouldn't be a big deal to find a replacement quarter-turn valve. Boy was I wrong! I learned that those valve boxes are units and have to be replaced as a unit. So, after work on Friday night I bought a box, started cutting into the wall, and pulled the old one out... and found that I was in way over my head. Of course, now there wasn't any water in our condo, the dogs were barking, my wife wasn't very happy with me.... you know how it goes. So, about 6:30pm I called Fox and a little while later Jerrod arrived. He did a fantastic job of picking up with what I started and soon had the new valve box installed solidly and water flowing. He did a nice job of cleaning up the mess afterwards, and even took a couple of minutes to connect our new washing machine. Jerrod is definitely a class act!

Repipe Specialists was the best choice to repipe our home. They were almost half the price of a local plummer and did the job in just one day. Now our house has high water pressure with new PEX pipes. These new pipes will last the life time of our house and now we don't have to worry about clogged pipes or pipes ever leaking. My water bill was going through the roof so I called out a plumbing company named Roto router that took me to the cleaners for a couple thousand dollars and didn’t even fix the leak! Don’t ever call Roto router ever they are rude and so expensive and then did not do the job at all. My experience with Clearwater was totally different totally! They showed up exactly on time very personable, Great smile and actually spoke English not that I’m not a fluent in 48 other languages LOL but he’s the first one of 32 were from rotor router that spoke my language which was refreshing and he was knowledgeable told me what he thought it was and he was exactly right. He said it was going to go outside and see what he could find and within 20 minutes he was back at the door telling me it was all fixed I could not believe it all fixed the meter was not running at all with the leak and he told me I had been leaking about 700 gallons per day per day! Incredible what a waste thanks Roto router for running my water bill up another $300 by not fixing anything. Thank you to Clearwater for fixing things Alderwood Water came out and checked the meter no leaks no leaks no leaks no leak. Don’t hesitate to call Clearwater they are the best! We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

I have contracted with Prima Plumbing for over 25 years, for my personal remodel jobs as well as other family plumbing problems. Unfortunately, most of their business is Seattle and north, and Kent is just too far south for them to respond. I had a water supply line leak between the meter and the house, and wasn't aware of it until the bill arrived. I had several plumbing companies come out and give me a bid. Their bids weren't just high, but extremely high. I called Larry at Prima, and he drove to Kent to look at what needed to be done. Larry accepted my job, contacted LineScape and by Friday of that following week, two of Larry's plumbers were there at 8:30 am and by noon, the new line was in with connections completed at both ends. Prima Plumbing is one of those businesses that are professional, have employees with integrity, and respect for your property, are fair to the client. When his employees left that day, you couldn't tell that anything had been done in my yard. Prima, above all, is the type of business that completes the job for a reasonable price.

Our tankless water heater died. We called Jacob at Anthony’s Plumbing Co. based on stellar reviews from previous customers. It turns out the reviews were well deserved. Jacob is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, honest and a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, analyzed the issue and offered reasonable alternative solutions. Once we decided, Jacob followed thru and completed the work promptly. Next time we have a plumbing issue, we’ll call Jacob and Anthony’s Plumbing Co. So should you!

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
