As I was leaving for work in the morning I saw my water heater leaking in the garage. We called Fox, and they were able to come out same day and swap out the broken unit with a new tankless heater. Mike quickly assessed the installation needs (new drain, new vent, moving electrical) and was able to get everything done in quick manner. This is the second time we've used Fox in the last month and both times they were able to quickly solve our problems.

I installed a new garbage disposal and thought I did a good job...until I started running the water, dishwasher and disposal - water everywhere. I called Beacon at 5:30pm...they were here within an hour and BAM - resolved! Santos showed me exactly where I messed up but he was complimentary on the rest of my installation. Great guy, great company!I picked Beacon because of their Stop Freak'in moniker.PS - I cringed when I called because of the time of evening, figuring they'd hit me hard with after hours rates - Nope. So happy! Thanks Beacon!

The overall job was ok but I was charged twice for things that I was told would be included in the original price. The second one was the fine print that “included” patch repairs would actually cost $200. Very frustrating and underhanded.

Nic was absolutely fantastic! He actually was the only one who figured out what was causing my $1500 water bill. I had multiple plumbers come out and they couldn’t figure it out but Nic did! It saved me so much time and money. He was upfront that repairing the toilets might not be the most value vs just replacing them. I have hired Joe twice now and both times, he did an excellent job. Communication with he and his wife was always very easy, costs were transparent, jobs done well, and he's even given me tips on how to fix simple things myself without needing to pay for it. We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

I had a plumbing emergency and had been pulled around 50 directions by a different company that then would not assist me. I called Rudy's, got through immediately, and got a next day appointment without any trouble. I got a reasonable price quote (clearly dependent on what was found on arrival), but an actual quote! (Not a oh, no, can't possibly give you any idea like I received elsewhere.) I got a call back in reasonable time for anything (no matter how crazy) I called about. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
