Best Gas Pipe Repair in Seattle WA
Fox was able to come out for a same day emergency. It turned out to be a silly error on my part, but the tech Daniel M, got me sorted out quickly and only billed the minimum for the service call. I felt I was treated very fairly.

I have to work from home, therefore I am quite busy and only have a small amount of time to deal with things. When my garbage disposal broke, I phoned a local plumber who was able to come out the same day and fix it quickly. They perform a great job and even fixed my garbage disposal for a reasonable fee!

I am very happy with the work Arash did to repair issues regarding the inbound water to my house. His work is excellent. He took the time to educate me on why/how 3 individual issues combined to make it seem much larger and more catastrophic than it actually was. Rigid Plumbing pricing is more than fair. I will only be calling Arash / Rigid Plumbing for future plumbing needs. Look no further! This is a capable, well run small business plumbing company that you can trust. Quality work. Rapid response A+

I thought this was going to be a good process, but it has left me frustrated and annoyed with lousy service and some sloppy work for $7800. Originally we planned to give a better review, but there have been issues that have compounded, leaving me frustrated with the whole process.
My fault for not closely inspecting their work upon completion and trying to get back to work too fast.– I looked around in the crawl space, but didn’t check that the washer was not working correctly , the ice maker wasn’t working , there was a scrape on the outside of the bathroom door which needs to be repainted, and there was an area damaged in the hallway wall from the screws in the tub fixture poking through from the inside that have to be patched.
Sure, I expected to have a scar in the lawn and plants ruined by the hose bib where the pipes enter. I also said I would patch, but I did not know that meant they removed the large drywall cut outs and disposed of them leaving exposed pipes, with no tape or anything. This is a 1040 sq ft house with one bath and all fixtures in a straight line from the street and a crawl space you can stand in. So for $7,800 I am not happy.
After 2months and about 27 phone calls to get my final receipt and warranty, they are telling me now I owe them another $500. The contractor they subbed out for this never told me I owed her money since I paid upon completion of job. I kept calling trying to get the final receipt and warranty. Since she couldn’t get answers from Re-pipe Specialists, she finally told me to call their 800 number again. I had to wait two weeks and have a dozen calls to people that kept saying they would call back just to have them fix the issue with the washer. Once that got fixed I have now been spending my time trying to get the final receipt and warranty – only to find out that when I paid the subcontractor guys when they left the house I now still owe $500. But this is supposeddly standard operating procedure and I e-signed a contract. Why would they do that?
At some point this will get resolved, but I have already been told I will still owe money.
My advice, don’t rush your inspection and make sure they communicate – it seems shady when they don’t.

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

Simon did a great job of locating the leak on my waterline service. Pinpointed it exactly where it was about 42 deep. Had already hired a contractor to pothole concrete driveway without success. Would highly recommend his service, very pleased with his work.

I was remodeling my master bathroom when the water pipe for the toilet got cut with a sawzaw. Water was everywhere. I called even and he had Norm there in 30minutes on a weekend. He had it fixed in 20minutes. They were super friendly, quick and clean. Thanks for saving my bathroom.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.
Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Sharif and Watertite Plumber are outstanding. Responsive, professional, and thorough in addressing the various projects we are interested in scoping. In addition to answering all of our questions on project needs, he suggested multiple ways (including more cost efficient options) to achieve our goals. While onsite, Sharif also assisted with a drain clearing that was desperately needed. I'd definitely recommend working with them.

Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. I can not thank them enough. Highly recommended!

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.
Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

They were very responsive and communicative regarding my appointment, estimate and problem solving my hot water heater installation. Their cost also came in much lower than two other companies. I’ll be calling them exclusively from now on, a great company!
