I can’t say enough good things about Konrad and Max. They came out Thanksgiving week to what should have been a simple snake, to a massive plumbing project multi day project. Those men were incredible. The property they were on had so many twists and turns as it was a MFH. They were incredibly courteous and informative every step of the way and I’ve been singing their praises for their hard work to anyone who’d listen.

That plumber's arrival made my day. I've been able to use the shower regularly again, and it works wonderfully for my plumbing needs.

I needed the faucet replaced in the kitchen and Dean showed up on time, with great communication before his arrival and throughout the process. He was professional, clean, and I have confidence that the job was done correctly. This is not the first time I have used Beacon, nor will it be the last. My home is a big investment, so I want to ensure the work performed is money well spent. My experience with Beacon Plumbing has proved to me that paying a professional to perform the work is always the best value.

Richard showed up on time - did a very good job with our bathroom drain. Was very patient and worked till the problem got much better. I generally do not do reviews - but this was very good.

It took another company over a week to send a plumber out to the job. When that plumber got there, he said he needed to bring in a camera crew, and that would require waiting another week! All the while, I had to keep the apartment vacant because it wasn't rentable without the repairs. Jim Dandy came out the same day I called them, analyzed the problem, and put me on the schedule for two days (not two weeks) later. Very pleased with the work and the fast response. Proper plumbing is always hideously expensive, and that's true with Jim Dandy as well- but if you're going to pay a fat price to get something done the least you can expect is that it will be done quickly and correctly so you can get on with life. Very, very pleased with this company and the job they did.

Clearwater Leak Detection was absolutely wonderful to work with. Simon was prompt, professional, and very easy to work with. He was patient with all my husband's questions and helped us quickly identify the source of our leak for a fair price. Highly recommend!

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Was available next day and showed up on time. Repaired a leaking hose spigot quickly and with minimal drywall damage. Will use them again for future plumbing projects.

They did not explain their fees up front, and so it was surprising when I got the final bill. Two guys arrived to clear an outside drain. They brought a drill powered snake. After trying to clear it for less than half an hour they determined I had a hole in my drain and someone else had to come repair the pipe. Fair enough. But the final bill was just under $300. $100 for the service call, $150 for labor, and a $20 machine charge. That works out to $300/hour for labor, or a minimum of an hour for two people when the job really didn't need two. I really wish I had understood how they charged ahead of time, I would have called some else.

The sink in my kitchen was broken. This plumber came out on short notice and solved the problem with complete confidence. They were efficient, reasonably priced, and conscientious in their work. Everything about it was above and beyond my wildest dreams.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

We hired these guys to scope a sewer line. Unfortunately due to the old plumbing they couldn't get their camera down both the vent stack and the drain for one of the toilets. They re-installed the toilet and seal and didn't charge us for their time or trip out. Very fair company practice.

I highly recommend Joe the Plumber. He is the only plumber my husband and I trust with our 1941 home. He has saved us money when other companies tried to take advantage of us. Neither of us are handymen and we can depend on Joe.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
