I had an emergency need over the weekend (I tried to fix something that was not an emergency on my own... my bad...).With SeaFair going on it took a little longer than I was hoping, but Anthony called and let me know what to do while he was on his way. Everything was professional and fast. Things seem to be holding up well! Thanks!Update: I had another problem with my tub overflow (apparently it was installed incorrectly) just this past weekend. Of course I used Fox as I had such a positive experience the first time around. This time, Duston came and repaired the problem. He was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Another 5 stars!

Jesus and Liam were prompt and very helpful. Jesus explained every part of the process to me and gave me two options for fixing our faucet valve. He was quick and got us hot water in a jiffy! The whole process was seamless from calling yesterday to getting hot water today! I am very happy with the service from Jesus and Liam from Beacon plumbing!

this is not from Shira but her mother. PSP offered to fix our sprinkler system and said it was $1,000 per value. Well I had our usual irrigation fellow do it; and together with parts & labor it was $400.
I had already paid PSP $5,000 for backflow also. Wonder how much I could have saved if my irrigation man was not in Mexico at the time.... :(

Was available next day and showed up on time. Repaired a leaking hose spigot quickly and with minimal drywall damage. Will use them again for future plumbing projects.

Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.

My outdoor faucet was leaking because of the winter freeze. They were really good fast and professional. Replaced the outdoor faucet in around 1 hour.

My experience with Miguel Ramos was absolutely amazing! He was courteous, and professional and immediately went about inspecting the leak from my shot water heater and then gave provided me my options, including pointing out that my warranty was still effective for another 2 years. Because the original installer will come and replace my water heater, I could not give Miguel the job but would have done so gladly. What do I owe you for your time Miguel? Absolutely nothing he said despite being out on a cold snowy day for over 30 minutes. I am a customer for any future needs in my home and will share my experience with anyone needing your services thanks to Miguel.

Noticed last night on a whim that my water heater was leaking! Started freakin, so I called…you know the rest. They answered on the first ring and it was 10pm! They were here in 15 minutes and took care of everything! David and his partner were professional, courteous and polite. Everything was “no problem” and “yes Sir”. They were spectacular. Solid, top notch company. They care and it shows.

Plumbers arrived an hour after we called about a leak and detected its source after a thorough but efficient search. Very happy with the speed and professionalism of this service!

Fox provided excellent customer service from the first time I called. I was able to speak to a friendly and informative technician who was super helpful and answered all the questions I had about our ductless units prior to sending someone out for a service call. Chris, the technician that came out for the call was also very friendly and informative, on-time and got our heat working again. I would highly recommend Fox and will call them in the future for any heating or plumbing issues that may arise.

Greenhouse was the first to respond to my inquiry. Explained their process very clearly and did a fantastic job. They also let me know if other issues I had in my crawl space and recommended services they didn’t specialize in (rats and insulation). Professional technicians who were very polite and communicated very well. I’d recommend them to my friends and use them again if needed.
