Best Furnace Repair in Seattle WA
We have contacted Fox for an emergency service since one of our pipe burst and needed immediate maintenance. The technician walked into our house with no mask and no shoe covers. During this time (covid-19) we certainly hope that Fox are taking precaution and arrange preventive gears to take care of their workers and customers? It took Wayne 15 minutes to put only a stopper on the pipe and he came back and informed us the charges was $500! Wayne said he disagreed with the company surcharge policy and we can call to talk to someone. The telephone representative who picked up our call should have informed us about the weekend surcharges. We made a mistake by not communicating prior the technician started to work.I could have put a stopper ourselves and wait till Monday to fix the pipe in order to save $200 plus surcharge. What came to our surprises was, Wayne said the job was not done and will return on Monday and we had to pay additional $327 for another hour of work....so estimated $800+ for a small job.I called Fox right away to follow up on my case since what happened was not right. My experience changed from this point onwards, Kat the telephone representative was very professional and passed our case to her Manager to follow up immediately. Chad the Manager sent us another technician Rick, he fixed everything without additional charges. Chad listened to us and explained where was the problem and try to rectified the issues. He certainly showed that he cares and try to make amend. When Rick returned he followed all the protocol wore face masks and shoe covers....did everything he can to reverse the damage. I had to say the job was nicely done!I decided to rewrite my review here since we all made mistakes. What we valued is the follow up actions and this is how they stands on the market for 50 years.I will recommend to always ask the questions and found out what is required for completing the job up front. It is always important to make things clear, in the end it is both customer and contractor responsibility.

Tyler negated a competitor's quote (South West Plumbing) of $19,000 to the tune of $9 part fix from Home Depot. Tyler and Kua were professional and honest unlike the scam-artists from South West Plumbing. It's absolutely insane what South West Plumbing wanted to fix the problem. It actually wasn't even a problem, just a fix and a proposed problem that never existed. I will be doing anything in my power to NEVER recommend South West Plumbing and continue to support Joe's 2 Son's and especially the work of Tyler and Kua. Even after showing the estimate of work South West Plumbing quoted, Tyler said we could do the same work for 1/3 the price but it absolutely wasn't necessary.

I would not use them again or recommend them. They told my husband over the phone that $75 for them to come and can’t give us the quote for their service up front until they were on the way to the appointment they said there is a $249 diagnostic charge and what they will fix is to be determined. I feel like a scam because they should have told us about the diagnosis charge when we insist for the quote not when they are coming. Here come the bad part, they didn’t know for sure what was wrong but they think it’s the breaker that need replacement and that is another $338 with no warranty on the work. I ended up paying $640 for less than 2hrs work on a $10 part with no warranty on the work, what a ripoff. I should have wait for my electrician available than use Beacon plumbing. Lesson learned do not call a a plumber to do your electrical work, they charge you a big bill with no warranty.

Prompt, professional, and courteous service. Very explanatory, helpful, and thorough in getting to the root of our leak and immediately got us an invoice for our insurance claim as well as recommending a contractor for the water damage repair. Would 100% recommend.

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.
I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.
Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

My furnace just stopped firing on cold Wednesday this month (Jan '17). I called half a dozen places who said they could help me sometime between 7-10 days after I called. Fox was only place that could come out same day. Of course it cost extra, but it was worth not freezing in my house. The technician was professional and took care of the problem quickly.

Josh, Grant and Kyle did a great job. They were professional and efficient. Even though the problem was challenging to diagnose they did a good job of explaining the situation.
