Josh went above and beyond my expectations with a pretty complicated sink install. I really appreciated his patience while he was trouble shooting and trying to explain to me what needed to happen. Tu explained in great detail why my hydronic and thankless system were not working properly and clarified misinformation on the internet for me. He was very respectful and understanding of the sticker shock and gave me several quotes to review.

I was Freakin' so I called Beacon! They sure have a catchy motto but they were great!Josh J was AWESOME - he called 30 minutes prior to arriving to introduce himself and let me know when he was going to be here. He asked a few questions to prepare himself and he showed up right on time. He was thorough on his inspection and very knowledgeable. He provided multiple options for me to consider and explained the all-in costs so I could digest. Great communicator throughout the process and quick to take action. He worked hard and completed the replacement of our water heater within a couple hours - very impressive! Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.

Out water tank started leaking and that morning we had no hot water. Called 2 Sons plumbing. They scheduled a replacement water tank appointment for that afternoon. Joey came out, told me what work he was going to do and replaced our tank. work was done professionally and Joey answered all questions I had. I will use this company again!

John came over to check on a heating zone that wasn’t working. Even as the zone started working right before he arrived, He quickly troubleshot the issues, and then broke out several plans for addressing the problems based on priority and budget. He took his time and worked through all the issues he could identify, visibly pointing them out along the way. When we decide to move forward, it will be with Gene Johnson.

We’ve used Seatown for everything but air conditioning so far (we get service through the installer) and each time they have been great. The techs are personable, professional, and competent. They’ll give you advice and won’t try to suggest you get things you don’t need. They will present you with options when they can, so that if you want to do a bit of the work sourcing materials you could save a little on your bill. One of them even followed up with me to send me a link to a product we were discussing.Their quotes have never been any more than exactly that amount, so it’s really nice not to worry about extra costs that might pop up. We’ve had them out on at least 3 occasions for 6 different services (they’ve multitasked with multiple techs and knocked out 2-3 separate services simultaneously) and plan to continue calling them for our home’s needs.

Way too expensive. Make sure to check the yelp reviews instead. Fox plumbing will give you tons of money to remove your bad reviews on google, so buyer beware, check yelp for reviews

Sonny was wonderful! Explained everything and fixed issue and went above and beyond. Unique these days to have company give you exact time not window of several hours and give an estimate before any charges. Highly recommend.
