Really appreciate the professionalism and knowledge shown by Mike and Jose. We have a Polaris hydronic system that very few people work on any more. They came on time, communicated extensively and straight up, and didn't try to take advantage as others have. Can't rave enough about these guys!

Beacon Plumbing Plumber
Josh and David from Beacon did an awesome job! They came as quick as they could to our house to fix our leaking main water line. In 36 hours we went from no access to water to an entirely new main water line to service our house and created a new easier to access shut off valve. They were reliable and help.

Premier Plumbing Plumber
Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

Gene Johnson Plumbing Plumber
What I don’t get is all these plumbers that say emergency 24 hr service. I have yet to find a plumber that can come right out. This was the same with Gene Johnson. The soonest they could come out was the next day. ( we had no usable toilet ) That was ok as every other plumber I called was basically the same. ( don’t advertise emergency service if you can’t do it, but they all do. ) The problem was the next day they called and had to postpone till the next day. I understand issues arise but it’s frustrating with a family of 4 and no toilets.... They were very communicative with me and apologetic. That was nice. The actual work was quicker and less expensive than I thought. Had they been able to get me in sooner or on original scheduled time I’d have gave probably 5 stars

Green House Plumbing and Heating Bellevue Plumber
Best plumber I’ve ever worked with!

I hired Green house plumbing on two separate occasions. Both times they have impressed. Their teams are professional, clean, and knowledgeable.

My family and I bought an older home with outdated plumbing.

1. There was a leak in a sewer line
2. There was wayyyyyy too much water pressure coming into the house from the city
3. The water temp in the house was constantly fluctuating super cold to super hot with the slightest turn of the handle.

Upon arrival Green house examined each issue, explained the problem and outlined their solution. Within a few days I had the estimate. Prices are fantastic for the quality of work and timeliness. They were able to come back out within a couple days and finish the work.

The comfort of my home has improved exponentially. Water temp is stable. Pressure is normalized and safer for my whole house plumbing system. And the sewer leak is fixed.

This is my go to company from now on!

Beacon Plumbing Plumber
I called these fine folk today (December 2nd, 2020) for an emergency leak find and repair and they were able to schedule and come out not even an hour later! Great speedy service there. The technician came out, and found that the fault was a broken faucet which needed replacement. Very professional. However, receiving the quote for repairs, I was quoted $850 for parts and labor for the replacement. Let that /sink/ in. Nothing else, just a faucet replacement. For almost a grand.

The work required is maybe 1 hour for a complete amateur like myself (my setup is fairly standard, pictures attached; I know this time cost because I did the original installation myself 3 years ago [probably why it broke in the first place lol]) and the raw material cost... man, I couldn't even find a faucet costing more than $350 at Lowes just now. I brought up the price of the replacement and referenced that my existing faucet cost $150, the technician said to me Well, maybe the cheap cost is why your [existing faucet] didn't last so long.

My dude. A) Rude AF. B) You're telling me your $500 installation fee is what'll make the faucet last longer? 👍 K. (Real talk, that's $100 per screw/washer/nut to install the faucet). Don't get me wrong. I totally understand area expertise and that there are years (maybe even decades) of experience behind that installation. But hot damn if you, with a straight face, can tell me that price tag is worth it for a basic replacement job like this.

Attached are images of the quote as well as what's under and over my sink right now for proof. I absolutely will not be using these guys again. A complete scam in terms of cost. Dang... Maybe Amazon has $850 faucets... Lemme go look there. It better come WiFi enabled though.

Good points: Service fee charge, very reasonable for same-day emergency investigation. Thanks!

Update:
I installed the new faucet same day. Let me correct my time estimate -- It look 40 minutes, half of which was trying to find the channel locks from the garage. $250 for the faucet from Lowes (one of the much much much more expensive ones). Image attached of final look.
