He diagnosed the issue with my slow tub drain quickly, showed me the gunk (ew), and kept me otherwise updated throughout the 90 minutes he was in my house. The end price seemed fair. Gio of Roto-Rooter performed the services. He was professional and detailed. He inspected the drain and explained the scoping findings and showed me the video. Gio also cleaned the drain and removed lots of roots from the sewer line and provided me with the video.
