We had humidity built up on the back wall of a sink cabinet on the lower level of the house.Fox Plumbing's technician was Kyle, he was very thorough searching for a possible leak inside the wall. Since no leak showed after opening the wall, he checked all bathrooms that are located above, on other levels of the house. The conclusion was: to leave the back wall open and Kyle set a humidity detector alarm. We will call Fox Plumbing the moment the alarm sounds, and strategize from there.

Had a “water hammer” issue needing solved.
Tech was dispatched that afternoon.
He found the source of the noise inside the water heater space and suggested we just we just pad/fill space around pipe to silence it (didn’t require under house search or hands on repair)
Tech left without charging us for the visit!

My home experienced a significant pipe burst, so I'm glad I hired this emergency plumber. He arrived right away and gave me a very affordable fix for the problem. He even came out the following morning to repair some more issues I was having without charging me extra!

Robert replaced old water heater for more than $3,000.00 but the new water heater make really bad noise, i couldn't sleep the plumber told me the noise will be go away in one or two months I called and They came to install a expansion tank it didn't fix the problem After 3 months still making noise called again for warranty and They say the water pressure is to high they want another $2,300.00 for pressure reducing valve. I called another plumber for second diagnostic. Thanks God because this plumber know exactly what going on.
He told me right away water heater is defective product should returned to supply house and replace for a new one I will fix the pressure water for $500.00 but that it's not the solution for the water heater noise.
That was exactly that 2 SON PLUMBING toll me need to be done to fix the water heater noise, after another plumber company tell me the right way to solve the problem is changed the water heater

My water heater started hissing and leaking at 3 in the morning. I called Beacon and they talked me through turning off the water line and the breaker to the water heater so I could make it to 7am to get a non-emergency plumber. My plumbers arrived at 9am, explained the problem and my options thoroughly, and replaced my water heater by noon. The service cost about three times what I would pay for a regular water heater installed myself, but for the price I got 2 plumbers from 9 to 12, I was informed of current laws and regulations for water heaters, and I'm confident the installation is to code. Thanks Beacon for the quick service and knowledgeable and friendly plumbers!

Great team and reliable service

My 84yr old mother was charged over $8k plus the $450 charge from the clean out the day before - the main problem in the line wasn't on her property and they didn't replace any of the line like Aaron told me would be done ( we replace the areas where there is an infiltration ) also they lied about asking her to check w/ a family member before agreeing to the service ( Aaron said they ask all the elderly customers to do this & she said they didn't and if her being a senior was a thought then why wasn't she given her a senior discount like they supposed to?) - the sales guy made her feel like it was an emergency, that the line could plug up again (soon); we were supposed to get a copy of the line afterwards but couldn't open the driver, informed them of this, but didn't hear back from them, I even called customer service & was told Aaron would call me but he never did and now we have a 'sink hole' where the clean out pipe was placed.

I had a great experience with this company. Armin was able to come out the same day when I called for an estimate and was very responsive. I was able to schedule very quickly and get the work done asap at a reasonable price. Armin was very upfront and honest and did not try to upsell anything which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend Ridgid plumbing!

Jayson was great. Arrived on time was gave us various options towards a fix abs not just the most expensive option.

Finding quality service providers is challenging these days. Bobby is the real deal. Quickly diagnosed, showed me the issue and explained the reason why it was a problem. Transparent pricing. On time (was even able to come earlier than quoted). Before and after photos of the job. Couldn't ask for any better - Bobby's card is permanently on our fridge.

After reading their excellent online reviews We hired Drain Pro and were not disappointed. Raman did a great job, in and out the door in about 45 minutes. Now I just have to keep my Grandson and his toys away from the toilet! Worth a try.

Seriously. Ready Rooter is the best plumbing company. Easter weekend my bathtub faucet broke. Just kept spewing water unless main line is cut off. They were there same day. How amazing is that!? Thank you for all you do!
