I've used Fox a couple of times now and each time they have provided the most friendly customer service.Thanks Oliver for coming out today and helping us with our issue and being so friendly.

I lost hot water and they had someone out within hours of my request. The diagnostics were on point and the plumber was professional and knowledgeable and friendly. I had hot water within a few hours. Pricing was reasonable and didn’t seem inflated!

I already had a quote from another plumber for a leak fix which needed the Sewer ejection pump replaced. I was calling this place to get a 2nd quote but they wanted to send someone over and without coming in person would not offer a quote. Okay, that's not a problem only they wanted to charge $75 for the visit but I already knew the issue! I just needed to know how much they would charge for the fix. I told them this and the receptionist lady hung up on me. Very surprised by her lack of customer service.What's strange is that 2hrs later their plumber called me directly telling me they were coming when and I asked how much the fix would be for my issue he was able to give me a quote without any problems.

Pioneer did a great job for us! The tech, Mike Davidson, showed up on-time and was very professional. He kept our house nice and clean and had our drains running in no time. Price was good and didn't have to deal with upselling. Honest company and highly recommended.

We needed a dishwasher drain hose installed so called Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water cleanup. they did arrive early and called first. when they got here they indicated that they needed to go get a new hose (we had just purchased one but we were not skilled enough to figure out how to install this new hose). They were gone for about an hour and returned with the hose. The actual install took less than an hour and they did not have to remove the dishwasher. when it came to paying them the bill came to 980.00!! OMG are you kidding me the dishwasher and original install did not cost that much. when my husband (80 years old) began questioning this the two men became unprofessional and began yelling at him you signed this and this is theft we will be calling the police I work graveyard and this yelling woke me up, when I arrived out in the kitchen I was totally shocked to see two relatively large men hovering over my husband who was sitting in a walker you have to pay this or we will take out the hose we put in and leave and began threatening him. At this time my husband told them to get out of my house and I had a chance to look at the bill and was shocked to say the least even I told them no way would we be paying this, they left as I walked back into the other room and immediately called the office. I was transferred to a voicemail for a man named Drew Everette where I left a voicemail. Drew called me back and we were able to work out a decent solution. The reason for the large bill was that the two were trying to charge us 600.00 to pull out the dishwasher which they did not even do! WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS THEY USE VERBAL ATTACKS TO GET YOU TO PAY INFLATED PRICES FOR THINGS AS WELL AS THINGS THAT THEY DID NOT DO.

In time response and quick fix on the leaking pipe. But the hourly price is the way more expensive than any other service I have ever heard.

Standpipe was backing up Denero came right out and fixed the issues.

I do not recommend. We called and made an appointment and they no showed the appointment. Then when we called them they rescheduled for 2 days later. Then rescheduled again. They no showed that one. When they finally showed up, they said there was no leak and didn't fix our problem (drinking fountain sprayed water everywhere and was leaking from the fountain onto the dry wall..... which was all visible). I called another company to fix the problem and wished I would have not wasted two weeks waiting for PSP&H to show up.

Bobby T saved the day after water started backing up in my shower. He called me back within 15 minutes of ringing him and came out the next day. He was very up front on what was going on, costs and options. I highly recommend him!

It went great. Were able to come in on short notice, showed up on time and got the job done. What more could you ask for. They are going right on my list of people to hire again.

Jeff Richter and John came to our house to fix the garbage disposal. They were prompt, very quick, very professional and personable. They explained what they were going to do and after exactly what they did do. They made me feel like I had known them for years. We will only use O'Neill Plumbing from now on and we will always ask for Jeff Richter and John they were wonderful!

We hired this plumber to install a new bathtub for us. He was great, timely, efficient and very easy to talk to. He charged us fair for the job and left the place clean and tidy when he was done. I would definitely hire his again!
