Best Emergency Plumbing in Seattle WA

Out of town during our sub freezing December/January when pipes in my attic froze & burst. Called Fox before I got home and had Ryan (an Oklahoma cowboy!) out to the house that night and pipes replaced and water back on within 48 hours! And nice customer service phone help too.

Once again Gene Johnson Plumbing has been superb at helping my family on short notice. Thought the washing machine was leaking, John came out and assessed the whole situation. He determined it wasn’t actually a leak, but the result of a major spill that occurred on the top floor. Thank you Gene Johnson Plumbing!!

That plumber's arrival made my day. I've been able to use the shower regularly again, and it works wonderfully for my plumbing needs.

Everyone I dealt with was personable and knowledgeable. I felt confidence in choosing them for an expensive drain line replacement which required excavation. The staff were always helpful and took time to explain what they were doing and my options. I will certainly hire them again for plumbing issues that arise.

I had an issue with a sump pump control board - several plumbers told me I needed an electrician. A few electricians told me I needed a plumber. I got ahold of Pioneer Plumbing and they were able to work around my schedule to have Kip come out and take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through everything he was looking at and found quick ways to solve the problem. Great toubleshooting! Communication was great - each person I spoke to was incredibly nice and super helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again (but here's hoping I won't need to).

I called thinking I'd get an appointment in a week or so and was so surprised to be able to have someone come out that afternoon. Cole arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned out the line from my clothes washer to main sewer line. He had to clean it out a few times, and did not leave until he verified that it was clear. He stayed until he got the job done, and left the laundry room in better condition than when he came. Thank you Cole!

We had a broken pipe at my daughter’s shower room with water leaking. Aarash showed up timely and took care of it professionally.

I tried to use ice to clean the garbage disposal, the moter burned out and they were quick, to not only explain why they couldn't give a quote over the phone ( new home buyer here so I dont know anything about housing and upkeep) but they also got here the same week I called, and solved my problem in a very quick amount of time. 10/10 would recommend!! We weren't getting the kind of quality and value from a previous plumbing company that had been handling our associations plumbing needs for awhile, so we decided to make a change. We can not be happier since moving our business to Bob Oates Sewer & Rooter. They are real professionals; responsive and the quality/value is wonderful. He “oversees” his plumbers. Literally said to us if they don’t follow his orders to overcharge “he will whip his plumbers like ten year old red headed kids.

Finding quality service providers is challenging these days. Bobby is the real deal. Quickly diagnosed, showed me the issue and explained the reason why it was a problem. Transparent pricing. On time (was even able to come earlier than quoted). Before and after photos of the job. Couldn't ask for any better - Bobby's card is permanently on our fridge.

Raman and crew have resolved plumbing issues in my 115 year old home on at least three occasions. I've learned there's no need to get estimates from other companies, I trust them to do quality work at a fair price. I give them very high marks.

I called 4 highly rated plumbing companies and O’Neill Plumbing was the only one willing to estimate the cost of installing a faucet! Using prior experience, it seems companies would have a general idea of the time (thus the cost) needed to replace a faucet ... after all, it wasn’t a repair -
we booked w/ Kelli and Steve came out on the day promised and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. It was a brilliant experience start to finish and going forward, O’Neill will be our go to plumbing company.

PS - it was pleasantly shocking to learn the cost for the switch out! It was bloody ridiculous - in a wonderful way! thank you O’Neill team.
