I needed to have my gas line moved to allow an newly installed range slide in and fit to the back wall. I called several other businesses who were too busy to come out. Called Fox on a Wednesday and they said they could be there on the following Monday. We agreed that FOX would provide and estimate and if OK, do the work on the spot. FOX called ahead to confirm the appointment and service representative, JP, arrived on time. He quickly assessed the time to complete my project and gave me an estimate, so I chose to have the work completed. The first try at getting the line moved to a place where the Range could actually slide back to the closest point to the wall, wasn't what I was expecting. So, JP took another look and found a great solution. Very pleased with the professional, and care he took with my house.

Diego was very nice and professional and provided three options for repair/replacement of the water valves under our kitchen sink. We chose one of them and he did the work efficiently and with care and cleaned up as if he was never here. I have used Gene Johnson a number of times and have never been disappointed with their work and wonderful employees!

I had 2 toilets that were needing to be installed. Will not only did not come out to do them, he additionally allowed a leak to persist. Do not use this company if you want reliable service & on the chance that you must, ensure Will is not your plumber unless you want bad service & a bad job.

We couldn't be happier with the service that we received from Roto-Rooter! We were promptly scheduled at the time requested and received a call when the technician was within 30 minutes. Our situation was far more serious than we had suspected (a broken pipe outside the house) and Ruben kept us informed and stayed until the job was finished and verified that all was well before leaving. He called for assistance in the form of a camera to assess the problem and digging up the pipe. In other words he was thorough and knowledgeable. I would request him again without hesistation. I tried to use ice to clean the garbage disposal, the moter burned out and they were quick, to not only explain why they couldn't give a quote over the phone ( new home buyer here so I dont know anything about housing and upkeep) but they also got here the same week I called, and solved my problem in a very quick amount of time. 10/10 would recommend!! I am more than satisfied. Timothy B worked for over 2 hours to clean my sewer line. Sweat was pouring from his forehead and he did not stop to take a break. I felt so bad for to have to work so hard. He is young and a hard worker. He has a great work ethic. I could not figure out why it was so clogged since I am so careful what goes down my drain. When he asked me if I used disposable wipes I remembered that I saw my daughter using them. I put a stop on that but I guess the damage had already been done. No wonder I had a slow drain since she moved. Thank you again Timothy...Moral of the story...don't put disposable wipes down the toilet.

Made an appointment yesterday and they showed up on time. Raman, took a look at clogged issued which had several plumbers here without results. His troubleshooting and service were unparalleled. Highly Recommend it, but plan to pay for expert service.

They installed two water heaters side-by-side. They made sure that they are balanced properly. Their team is very professional and they helped me out quite a bit. The water heaters are working great.
