Best Ductless Heating in Seattle WA
Fate and Adam were great! They were punctual, courteous, hard-working, and efficient. Best of all, they were easy to talk with! They had extra work ahead of them in being able to access and replace my hot water heater that involved some shelving disassembly inside a closet, but they did so with ease and completely reassembled the unit and cleaned-up afterwards. Would recommend these two persons again!

I tried three other plumbing companies and they were not as responsive as this one. Milton showed up on time , answered all my questions and was very professional. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs .

I really enjoyed having Tony Hall come to my home and ultimately replacing my furnace. He was very pleasant and efficient. I will definitely recommend Beacon to my friends, especially if Tony is the man to service them. Job#210640

Wow, Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Work.
Started the $20,000 project of connecting us to City after our Septic tank went.
Day 2, Broke our water line (after spending a whole day marking where it was) - 3 days without water. -- don't they do this everyday?
Told us there would repave the concrete they tore up -- Concrete driveway is left a disaster.
Told us they would lay dirt and grass seed -- All rocks : This will be fun to mow grass growing in rocks.
Changed agreement about the last part of the job that we paid for separately and refuses to refund $5,000. Now 3 months of fighting with them it is obvious the workers are lying about the work that was done. We cancelled 3 times, by phone and email. They didn't show for the scheduled appt. so we figured it was clear. Then 3 weeks later show up randomly saying they want to complete job. Talked to 3 different managers now and they keep giving the same run around
SHOTTY WORK -- SHADY WORKERS -- DO NOT CALL BEACON !!

Colby was sent for my initial estimate. I asked that he was sent to do the actual work too.It was straightforward, and I get the work done quickly. I'd definitely use them again.

Good service. Helpful and explanatory. Four stars due to price difference in a smaller bathtub repair - originally said $60, then said it should cost $130, but that he would charge $90, which is right in the middle. Overall, good referral from two friends prior to us calling Fox for plumbing repairs! Will definitely recommend - especially for those emergency jobs like when your toilets don't flush, back up into your bathtub, and you have a 6 month old baby at home. =)

They were so busy and referred me to another HVAC guy who was great. A great business takes care of their customers even if that includes referring them to another great company.
