Eric L. arrived exactly on time and was professional and friendly for the entire visit. He diagnosed the issue with my slow tub drain quickly, showed me the gunk (ew), and kept me otherwise updated throughout the 90 minutes he was in my house. The end price seemed fair. I will definitely be calling Fox Plumbing & Heating in the future.

Call Beacon and start FREAKIN over your bill.I am so disappointed that I was completely taken advantage of.I called for a leak from my toilet. The plumber came out, went to his truck for a few parts and tools, spent 25 minutes fixing our leak and then charged me a total of $739.00. I could not believe it!! When I called to complain, the exact response I got was We are not cheap NO you are thieves!!! DO NOT trust their flat rate. They literally had no basis of where the charge came from. Perhaps they should spend less $$ on expensive Seahawks advertising and charge a fair and competitive price for their service. RIP OFF

I recently had Doug come by to service my Rinnai tankless water heater. Super knowledgeable and friendly - he walked me through all the work he did and helped me understand my system better. He also saved me a lot of money - previous service providers were unwilling to clean out the unit and only wanted to sell me a much more expensive setup. I will definitely be working with HD Partners again for any future plumbing/heating needs that come up. Thanks Doug!

I was driving on the I-5 and one of the workers driving in a large cube van decided that he would put on his highbeams and then switch lanes and keep his highbeams in my rearview mirror. What a terrible driver driving aggressively. Unprofessional to the max!

PJ was pleasant, professional and educational. However I will look elsewhere next time as the $358 for 30 mins install of my own cartridge was exorbitant. Not PJ’s issue- the standard min to show up set by the company simply way too high.

Chris Hall was great! His card says he's the HVAC Foreman and I was impressed with how he diagnosed issues with our old furnace including a blown fuse and a disconnected wire and fixed them quickly.

He also showed me how to wash-out the filter and answered a bunch of my questions about heating and cooling options to replace the old system.

We're very responsive, scheduling a technician to come out within the next day. Was on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next day. Very happy with the service.
