Josh was actually early. Dispatch called to say when he would be arriving early (great with us as whole house water was shut off). He diagnosed the issue. Explained how water likely came through floor to leak through ceiling on 1st floor. Was clear in communication and efficient in action. I'd be glad to have him do work again. Fox is my new go to first call for my or other organizations with whom I affiliated plumbing needs.

I bought new brewing equipment that was not compatible with our faucet. Gene Johnson came out to give me a quote on what it would take to hook up the brewing equipment to a cold water source. They were very responsive and nice which I appreciated. They quoted us anywhere from $950 if we supplied a new faucet for them to install, and up to $2.8K for them to install a new cold water line under the sink. That seemed very expensive. It turned out, for a few more hours of searching and $20 of supplies from Lowes I could connect my brewing equipment with no issue. Given the price, I decided not to use them and can't recommend them.

2Sons was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to visit our home the next day. They diagnosed the issue with our kitchen faucet and returned in a timely fashion to do the install once I had the new faucet. They have a great communication system as well. Austin did great work.

Mike & Troy were great. Friendly and professional toilet repair and they replaced my kitchen faucet. I would recommend them, individually, and the company, generally.

We had flooding of our basement and thought that we probably needed a French drain installed, which is super costly. We called Emerald City Plumbing and Wayne came out and looked at what was happening and figured out that the problem was with the rain coming off of the roof. Our downspouts were missing or not well directed. They repaired them and diverted all of the water out to the street instead of the foundation of our house, where it was previously going. They also dug some soil out next to our house and sealed the wall outside.
Throughout the process they kept us in the loop. They don't do work inside, but Wayne suggested what we needed done and he even came to check on the interior once we had the sheet rock removed. He was then able to see that we had a leak from a crack between the window where the water was entering the wall.
We were so impressed by him and his whole team! So professional and responsive.

These people are really honest people. A month ago I lost my portable printer when I accidentally left it on the street near their shop while clearing out my truck. These guys found my printer and got it back to me. I seriously appreciated this and wanted to let them know. Thanks guys.

We called Roto-Rooter to help unclog a slow draining toilet and sink. After several hours, the crew discovered that there was also blockage outside the house. This blockage necessitated digging up a small part of a flower bed adjacent to the house foundation, cutting into the sewer line and installing another line in order to flush the sewer line. This process took about 4-5 hours, at night time. The crew was responsive, professional and friendly and did a commendable job. However:In order to reach the main sewer line the crew also had to cut out a block of concrete and remove a small concrete/brick trim wall around the outside flower bed. Although the crew refilled the hole they dug with soil and concrete the crew failed to replace the concrete/brick trim wall; the crew failed to remove the concrete forms; the crew failed to clean up the dirt and sludge that was deposited against the foundation of the house. Bottom line: the last part of the service, e.g., replacing the small trim wall and cleaning-up was not completed --- a task we have finally completed. Also, at every major step of the process, the crew attempted to upsell me to additional services claiming that more work had to be done; one quote for one small project was $12.5k but the crew said they would do the work for $4k. Something stinks (pardon the pun).Bottom line: the overall rating is disappointing not because of the work but because of the crew's neglect in cleaning up after their work.A follow-up: we made final payment for services on one credit card but Roto Rooter charged two credit cards the exact same amount for the final payment. In other words, we were double charged.

We met Doug on a Thursday and Nick and his team were at our house the following Monday. They were the lowest price by thousands of the three quotes we received, they did an amazing job, and were very professional. We are completely satisfied with their work, and have confidence that the constant head-ache we had with leaky pipes are behind us. Awesome job!

Had the best and most fair bid, yet better and higher quality than any plumber I've used. Gave a warranty on the work done. Before leaving, he even offered advice on something he noticed about my water heater. Great guy.

Bobby was recommended by a neighborhood blog. He helped me w/o even a visit!
My dishwasher was emptying water into the cabinet below the sink.
Bobby said his earliest appt availability was two days out but he conveyed some information that allowed me to fix it myself.

First, everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and informative. They scheduled and did the work quickly. The work was impressive to watch and went very well. The crew members worked very well together and even cheered each other for work well done. The clean up was very good. The city was delayed in making the final inspection, but we were not billed until everything was certified and cleaned up. We would definitely use them again, but we don't expect that we will need to!

We had an all-around excellent experience with Todd.
He communicated well, making clear what time he would come to our house. He arrived right on time. He was kind and professional. During the sewer scope, I asked a variety of questions about what we were seeing in the video, and he took the time to pause and answer the questions and discuss them thoroughly (including the city connection, the water line, the general condition of the pipes, the turns and the other branches of the line).
It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about the different sizes, locations, directions and types of sewer pipes (ours have a combination of cast-iron, PVC, concrete and clay) and how to assess the condition of each. I had some aspects of our pipes that I wanted to give particularly close inspection, and he went above and beyond, taking extra time to ensure that everything was carefully reviewed.
