Fox Plumbing installed a replacement hot water heater for us about 15 years ago and we were very satisfied with the service which is why we called them again when we were ready to install the new hot water heater which we had already purchsed. We shut down and drained the existing hot water heater before the plumber arrived.Our first experience with them cost about $350 and we expected somewhere around $500 since this was 15 years later. The plumber, however, told us that the cost would be just over $1200. He later reduced it to $1000 which was helpful but still extremely high. I later found out that the typical labor cost to replace a hot water heater is somewhere around $450.The plumber was very good at his job and I have no fault with his work. However, I feel that we were GROSSLY overcharged for a job that took him less than 2 hours!!!

Very professional - they came when scheduled, took the time they said it would take, did exactly the work outlined in their proposal, and left the space as clean (if not cleaner) than when they arrived.

We had David come out to quote and then install our new kitchen sink and faucet (and fix some old bad plumbing pipe mods). Terrific service and well priced. Even took care of disposing our old sink I had removed and resolved our tub spout pressure problem. Would definitely use again and reccomend.

Technician was very nice. On site for about 3 hours. Replaced about 12 inches of pipe. Cost was $1300. Just pipe, glue and labor. It was during the week about 6 pmNot happy about price and would not recommend these people to anyone

We had flooding of our basement and thought that we probably needed a French drain installed, which is super costly. We called Emerald City Plumbing and Wayne came out and looked at what was happening and figured out that the problem was with the rain coming off of the roof. Our downspouts were missing or not well directed. They repaired them and diverted all of the water out to the street instead of the foundation of our house, where it was previously going. They also dug some soil out next to our house and sealed the wall outside.

Throughout the process they kept us in the loop. They don't do work inside, but Wayne suggested what we needed done and he even came to check on the interior once we had the sheet rock removed. He was then able to see that we had a leak from a crack between the window where the water was entering the wall.

We were so impressed by him and his whole team! So professional and responsive.

I'd like to start by saying both the technician, and the call center rep, were nice people. However, I set up an appointment, took the day off work to accommodate, then after 4 or 5 follow up calls, they showed up 5 hours later to perform the work. Granted, he did it blazingly fast, to get home at a reasonable time, but the communication and overall experience connecting to a person via their phone tree was atrocious. Would absolutely not reach back out unless I've exhausted every other option.

When we need a plumber, it is usually an emergency.

Finding some urgent help can be extra challenging. My kitchen and laundry room were completely blocked after a mini flood caused by a major drain clog in the main pipe under the house. While I was able to deal with smaller issues in the past this one could not be solved easily by my usual tricks.

All that during the covid-19 lockdown with the whole family being stuck at home 24/7. And it had to happen on Saturday too (of course!). I called a few shops, but everyone was either closed for the weekend or booked for at least another week.

I was lucky to stumble upon Ridgid Plumbing on the internet and called Arash. He asked a few questions to do a quick assessment and promised to squeeze a visit between other jobs on the same day. He and his partner arrived a few hours later as planned, wearing gloves, masks, and shoe covers. After another quick check they shared the plan and an estimate. And within an hour we were back in business!

While they were working on it I got a few tips and tools from Arash on how to prevent this type of clogging in the future taking into the account my house specifics. Both guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend them if you need some professional help with any plumbing issues.

They did a wonderful job and were so responsive! Highly recommend!!

Truly enjoyed having these guys out here to take care of a water heater replacement. Wyatt and Zack made an awesome team and did the job fast and did it right.

Full transparency, there was an issue with the tank itself (faulty tank) and they immediately came back out to swap parts where needed. All together these guys were amazing!

Nick and the team did a great job. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. Completed the job in one day!

I hired Zoltan to advise me on my DIY underground bathroom rough in, and he was extremely helpful. He came out the day after I requested him, and for a reasonable price he spent time advising me on the details of my underground plumbing project. The job was extensive, I hadn’t done this work before, and with Zoltan’s help I was able to pass my inspection smoothly. He was detailed, and knew his stuff. I will definitely work with Zoltan again, and would trust him with any plumbing project.
