I called thinking I'd get an appointment in a week or so and was so surprised to be able to have someone come out that afternoon. Cole arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned out the line from my clothes washer to main sewer line. He had to clean it out a few times, and did not leave until he verified that it was clear. He stayed until he got the job done, and left the laundry room in better condition than when he came. Thank you Cole!

I had a clogged down spout drain next to my garage (easy access). I told the dispatcher that this was an outside drain and not a $250 job. She said the plummer wound give me a quote when he arrived. I also told them I lived down a steep driveway so don't send a big truck. When the guy got to the house he refused to drive down the driveway. He said the job was $250 which is some kind of standard charge for a clogged drain.frustrated at this point i just said go ahead. Big mistake. He couldn't fix the problem. He needed other equipment in his truck but wouldn't drive down the driveway. He then told me he would need another person to help him, another $300. I told him to forget it. When the accountant called me the next day over a 10 cent error on the check I complained about the whole situation. The Manager on his own initiative called me. He said I got charged the wrong price and he would check with the plumber and call me back the next day. No call. I finally called him back several times after the rain started and drain backed up again. Still no call back. If you don't like getting ripped off do not use this guys.

Simon arrived on time and persisted until he sourced my leak. This was determined to be in a very difficult position and deep in the ground. He not only helped source a repair team, but involved the local Enumclaw Water Utility team. The repair was completed exactly where Simon said the leak existed.

We hired Drain Pro to do an entire re-pipe of a home built in 1949. They were extremely reliable and professional. I never had that frustration that comes with having contractors in your home. They explained how everything was going to work in detail, and then proceeded to do the job with no surprises or issues. They were jovial and friendly even though they had to spend a week working in what is probably the world's smallest crawlspace. The quote they gave me was more than half of what Southwest Plumbing gave when they were here to replace out water line. I'm very happy we chose to go with Drain Pro Plumbing, and I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Grateful... I had a slow basement drain and some back up from it when I did my laundry. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday afternoon and there had been predictions of heavy snow falling then so I called to cancel my appointment and reschedule. Very kind Jennifer found a way to get someone out to see me EARLY, before the snow hit -- thanks Nels and helpful young trainee, for helping get the drained cleared so I could do my laundry without fear! Dirt cheap plumbing is amazing. I don't normally write reviews, but this company, and specifically Angel, blew me away. Above being priced much more competitively, Angel went above and beyond to help me with other plumbing issues that were needed when my sewer backed up and flooded my basement. He and the entire team were very professional and expedient with putting in a liner for my sewer, but also helped me with leaks and flooding in the basement when the water mitigation company messed up and left incomplete multiple plumbing issues. Katheryn was also very on top and timely with payment issues. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Anthony did a sewer inspection on our house. He was professional, explained things well, was very aware of keeping the work space clean and on top of that - he was just a nice person, which is sometimes hard to find these days. Definitely recommend.

I have been a General Contractor for 27 years, we build homes and additions.... so I knew what was in for when the main sewer line at my own home clogged yet again, and had a feeling this time it needed to be replaced. I had put it off because I knew how long and deep it is and that it was going to be a major project. Paul came by, scoped the line and confirmed my suspicions.... what I didn't expect was what came next. I had done some prep work for them, but it was obvious immediately that his crew is experienced and professional. They used a technique called line bursting to run the new line, which meant instead of digging a long trench and destroying my wife's plantings, they dug one hole. It was amazing to witness. They started on Thursday morning, by Friday afternoon, they were cleaned up and out. Even the cleanup was spectacular. If you are reading this because you, right now, are where I was that day, please heed my advise as an industry professional and call them. You will be glad you did.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
