Best Drain Camera Inspections in Seattle WA

I’ve used Two Sons Plumbing exclusively since I bought my home. Never an issue until my HOA hired a different company to perform all ground unit drain cleaning. That company did not re-install the garbage disposal correctly and I had a bad leak. I brought Two Sons plumbing back out and Tyler fixed it. I use them (Tyler R) exclusively because they never have to come out back out to fix something they already took care of. They take care of it right the first time.

I am a general contractor and I highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing. Prompt, great customer service, professional, courteous and they do the job correctly. They are the only plumbing outfit I call.

Jim Dandy initially came out on a yearly service call to ensure my heat pump was running efficiently for the winter (its first service call). After a recharge with Freon and some diagnosis. It was determined that the heat pump was installed with a defective part by the installer (not Jim Dandy) and rather than reject the heat pump, the installer covered it up by removing Freon from the system so the heat pump would run without shutting off. Jim Dandy, worked with the manufacturer to get the part for me under warranty and got my heat pump up and running again. Clearly I will not be using the original installer for anything ever again.

I called Bob Oates for a side sewer project and was absolutely shocked at the estimate - over $17,000 for a 40 foot line. This was $10,000.00 more than my other bids. This was just for the line, no permits included. Beware! Yes, the other bid included permits, they replaced the whole line and they were licensed. (Don Olson Construction)

After a year of ongoing problems Ready Rooter was able to identify the cause and fix it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a pretty big job but at least we know everything is in good working order now.

Jaime reviewed the sewer video I emailed and agreed to do the job. Jason and Greg showed up on time. They were very polite. They did an excellent job hydrojetting out the roots, taking care not to hurt the pipes. Tyler also introduced himself as the new scheduler. They did excellent work at a vary fair price, much less expensive than many of their competitors. Thank you! Will definitely call again.

We had a sewer line backed up and it was broken in places. Budget repaired the breaks and re-lined our pipes all the way down to the main line. Their verbal bid came in a bit below the other two bids, and after speaking with my wife and neighbor we went with Budget on basically a handshake. The work and service and clean up were top dollar. Very refreshing to do business with a family business that's all business and completely reliable. I'm very pleased and when my next plumbing project comes up, I know I'll be back. They patched my cement perfectly and filled the 2 holes in the yard and replaced the sod perfectly. My driveway is cleaner than before, or we'd not even know they had been there! Joe with Simple Plumber has done two jobs for me. He fixed a leaky toilet with complicated plumbing by rebuilding the interior toilet. Most recently he fixed a broken sink and dishwasher. His work is high quality and he is a very nice guy! I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues.

We had gone on vacation and accidentally turned off the pilot light on our water heater instead of just turning the dial down to vacation mode, and when we came back I didn't know how to turn it back on. I watched youtube videos but it wasn't obvious where to put the stick lighter. I called ProMax found on a google search in the Bellevue area and Evan stayed on the phone with me and walked me through what to do step by step. He knew he wouldn't be getting a service call fee but he didn't even say anything about that, he just helped me get our pilot light on and water heater working again! THANK YOU EVAN!

just talked to these guys. they wanted $79 just to show up. I asked if it would then go towards the job. Nope! I don't even know them or the price, why would I just give them $79? Hey said, dude it costs $100 for a piece of plywood. obviously we are not a good fit. good bye.
