Wonderful and timely service

Had a wonderful experience working with Best Plumbing. I had a unit in a Belltown condo that quickly needed a new sink, faucet and dishwasher before a tenant moved in. They helped me quickly pick out the pieces I needed and the plumber who installed it was a pro. Sometimes working in high-rise apartment buildings can lead to challenges but he knew exactly how to handle. Highly recommended!

The Regional Project Manager Larry Mayotte, tried using his title at Mckinstry to bully another business, to try and get discounts/ unreasonable refunds. I do not recommend doing business with any company that employs Larry Mayotte as I feel he is very unethical. Mr Mayotte also makes Mckinstry look bad any time he bullies a business while using the Mckinstry name.

The reason for 1 star is not their service but they charged me $961.00 for an excess water tank replacement. Yes the service was delivered at 9:00 pm and I had panicked so didn't check anywhere else, but I was totally ripped off. I am going to explore all other avenues to file a complaint against them.I would never recommend this company to anyone. Marshawn Lynch this is the company you endorse....good on you bro!!

Outside faucet wouldn't shut off, so hose to street dumping at full capacity. Pioneer's office said they were booked today, but got Will to come over for a look. Will solved the problem efficiently, quickly, and saved my day.

Repipe Specialists did an awesome job repiping my house with PEX pipe. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone contemplating a repipe project. Their crew explained everything thoroughly from beginning to end, were prompt , polite, very clean and efficient. I got opinions from three other plumbers but you don’t have to waste your time. You can believe Repipe Specialists when they say they can do the job in half the time for half the cost. And a lifetime guarantee? If you need new pipes call the professionals at Repipe Specialists.

I had a 50 year old house with the original galvanized piping. Now I have a 50 year old house with new AquaPex piping and fittings. It is great to have increased water pressure, even flow and no foul taste to the water.
The job was smooth and painless from the time Doug showed up to provide an estimate to when Nick and his crew left the completed job site. Repipe Masters provided a complete installation that I was able to add the installation of a new hot water heater (provided by me) and still be under the competition's price.
The day of the installation, Nick and his crew showed up at 9:00 in the morning and were finished, completely packed up, and everything cleaned up by 12:15.. Couldn't have had a better experience. I recommend anyone considering repiping to Call Repipe Masters.

He did an excellent job for me. He asked a fair price and delivered very good repair in an efficient manner.

Placed a call at 12:40pm and we were given an ETA of 3p-5p. Received a call back they would be ahead of schedule and they were to my house by 1:30pm. Super polite tech came in checked the issue (clogged tub/sink) gave us an estimate which we accepted. He was done within minutes! Will definitely be using these guys in the future! Thanks again!

The plumber service was fantastic! The team was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They were able to fix the issue with my plumbing quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend their services.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
